Our holiday flat Panoramablick-Rhön is situated in a quiet location in Sandberg with its own large, lovingly tended, fenced garden, as well as a ground-level terrace and a large balcony. Our flat is 90 square metres in size and therefore ideal for 2-4 people. The light-flooded rooms offer the perfect stay for a holiday at the foot of the Kreuzberg. The holiday flat was completely renovated in 2020, the flat is modern and brightly furnished. The large open-plan living-dining area is furnished with a beautiful living area, sideboard, flat screen TV, accentuated tiled wall with a cosy flair and a large sliding door to the terrace. The dining area has a table with four chairs, cosy sofa (160*200 cm) to pull out, side table with reading lamp, wall cupboard with various books and games for young and old. The fully equipped fitted kitchen incl. dishwasher has a coffee machine, Nespresso tab machine (two capsules per day included), fridge with freezer compartment, oven, microwave, toaster, egg cooker and much more. A small seating area rounds off the whole thing. The large bedroom with a view of the greenery has a bed (200*200cm), two glass bedside tables, reading lamps, wardrobe, stylish coat hooks, safe, umbrella, two bathrobes for relaxing. The modern bathroom has a floor-level shower with massage function, toilet, washbasin with cabinet, cosmetic mirror, shampoo and shower gel dispenser, liquid soap, hand cream, hairdryer, adhesive plasters. Our holiday flat is fully equipped with oil heating, all windows have roller blinds, some of which are electric. Under the covered terrace you can end the evening with a glass of wine and a delicious meal. A table with four chairs, two sun loungers and a large lounge as well as a charcoal barbecue are available in the outdoor area. On request, the washing machine and tumble dryer in the fully equipped laundry room can be used for a fee.
