'I was disappointed to see the lack of true New Mexico hospitality in what is supposed to be a heritage hotel. My husband was confused when he was charged an extra fee on check in. He asked what it was for. The desk clerk told him he was paying that fee because he had elected to stay at that hotel. Needless to say, that answer did not satisfy, nor did it show basic respect for a sincere question. A fee should not ever be charged without a polite, concrete explanation for what it is for. It...

'Goed ontbijt. Alles schoon. Ruime kamer. Alleen jammer dat de ontbijt ruimte klein was er zijn maar 5 tafels dus moest altijd wachten tot er een tafel vrij kwam.'

'The room was clean, but neither of the two tvs worked. We called the front desk and were told to try the connection. That was unhelpful. The ac was inefficient and we had to open the sliding door until late to cool things off. One hand towel and two bath towels. Called to get WiFi pw but didn’t get an answer. Feel we are entitled to a discounted rate. Breakfast was fine. '

'Nice property. The lobby is large with much comfortable seating. The staff is very personable and quite helpful. The room is big and the beds comfortable. The bath is outdated. There is shower bathtub that one must step over to get into. The fixtures are loose. The toilet is very low like a child's potty. Certainly not ADA compliant. Overall this was a nice enough place to stay. '
