'Great place, valet staff was awesome always happy to help. The front desk? TERRIBLE. attitude, rude, first time staying here and we arrived one night very late so we weren’t sure valet parking was an option that late when asked at the front if we could park at x location the lady said “i mean valet is 24hours so i guess” like we knew that. Instead of being more customer service and offering the valet service. Even when we arrived the guy at the front was not what you would expect to be welcomed...

'De kamer was perfect. Het was wel een lange afstand naar de kamer wat onhandig was met de koffers. De gangen waren namelijk met vloerbedekking en we moesten verschillende deuren door. Het was een stille kamer. We hadden geen last van herrie. Het zwembad was prima. De kinderen hebben het de hele dag naar hun zin gehad. De andere activiteiten in het hotel moeten betaald worden. 'The staff was great I called ahead to let them know we would get in after midnight and the lady was very helpful on the phone and then Gabriela was helpful once we arrived. Definitely recommend staying here and we will be back whenever we are passing through again! '

'When checking in bathroom was no clean. Hair in the bathtub, trash on the sink counter that was hidden with towels. Full trash can. Used soap left in the bathtub. '

'I love booking the Sheraton Albuquerque uptown because it's consistently wonderful. It's clean, staff is welcoming, positive, and customer friendly. The rooms are so spacious and comfortable. It feels like home away from home. The only average rating I gave the property was because the poor little Sheraton is getting older and it is visible. Other than that this place is wonderful. I would recommend to anyone and everyone.'

'Older place TV doesn’t work just fine for 1 night passing by, breakfast could be better…we stayed at one of Quality Inn in Colorado Springs and they had biscuits and gravy. '

'The room was clean and the check-in and location were easy and close to the airport. The walls were paper thin and you could hear every word and sound from the other guests. The people upstairs sounded like they were having a track meet well into the night. I will try a different hotel next time. '
