'My husband and I just stayed at voco Sandpiper and 10/10.
Darla at reception welcomed us and from that moment on everything went smoothly. The rooms are huge and the cleaning is on another level, seriously. The whole hotel feels brand new and well taken care of.

'The property is off the beaten path but quiet and close to less busy beach areas. There is usually no office or staff personnel to check you in, so travelers need to be a bit tech savvy and watch emails as messages arrive with room information such as your bungalow room number and door code. The room was nicely decorated with a comfortable bed and furnishings. The AC worked well and was easy to adjust. I did miss having hand soap in the bathroom but everything else was nicely stocked and clean.'

'The worst two nights of my life in a hotel ever! Our room was over the bar (not identified anywhere during reservations). Music and partying until 4 am. Zero sleep.
