Beautiful condo in downtown Sandpoint
What a great place to spend a getaway! This condo seemed brand new. All of the finishes were beautiful and it was decorated so tastefully. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, and the location on one end of the main downtown street was perfect. The host was super easy to work with and very responsive. I highly recommend this spot!

Perfect Location in Sandpoint, ID
We went there on the (probably) last hot summer weekend. This beautiful furnished, decorated and well-equipped loft is located in the heart of Sandpoint. Shopping, Restaurants and Beach - everything is in walking distance. We enjoyed every morning the sunrise with an outstanding view to the marina and a nice cup of espresso on one of the two balconies. Every room has its own AC unit, what makes it very comfortable in the summer heat. The loft is equipped with all you need, just bring your food or enjoy one of the many good restaurants in downtown Sandpoint. Parking is very convenient right in front of the entry door. All communication with Kat was outstanding. She provided all the information you need on time in a very kindly manner. Questions will be answered immediately. This vacation loft is highly recommended.

Great location
We loved the fact that we could walk everywhere...city beach, shops and restaurants downtown, marina... It was great having coffee overlooking the marina, but it was facing east and it was already so hot by 9am. The air-conditioning was a life saver. The space is well-designed and modern appreciated by my teens. The description said it sleeps 6, but the sofas are not a fold-out so not the best accommodation for a family of 5 with older kids. My 16 year old son slept on the couch as is. I wish it would have had blinds throughout the living space to block out the sun especially in the area my son was sleeping. Also, I must have assumed two washrooms, so it was tight with the 5 of us and only one washroom. Otherwise, for the two nights we were there it was fine.

GREAT condo, Walking distance and super roomy
We had a great time, used the patio, walked to dinner/town. Could walk to the lake but with heavy coolers and chairs it was an easy 2 min drive. Highly recommend staying here!

Room with a View
This is a lovely apartment overlooking the harbor. The apartment is so beautifully appointed with a modern comfortable vibe. Really nice furniture and comfortable beds. Kitchen is stocked well with great appliances. The harbor view is so fun. Watching boaters come and go from two great balconies. Location is excellent. You can walk to everything in Sandpoint. Shopping, eating, wine tasting, music, groceries, the farmers market. There is a beautiful lake trail and public beach nearby. What a great vacation town and a perfect VRBO apartment!

Perfect Getaway
Everything about our stay was fantastic. The loft is cozy and quiet with beautiful views of the marina. It is in a fabulous location with easy access to everything you need via a short walk. The location of this property is great! So close to EVERYTHING! We were able to walk everywhere. It was fun to take evening walks at the City Beach just minutes away. So many cute restaurants on the marina.

This was a perfect apt for our short visit to Sandpoint. Lots of nice touches (coffee, frother, super soft towels!). We had everything we needed for cooking in and great location for takeout. Easy walk to everywhere. Great communications with owner, lots of recommendations provided. Would definitely consider for a return trip!

Great location/perfect condo
This condo was in a great location with the balconies overlooking the marina. The condo was clean and well stocked. There was a Nespresso coffee machine with coffee pods available. They left a sheet listing favorite restaurants. We loved Sandpoint and would definitely stay here again!

The Lofts at Sand Creek
Beautiful property, just as presented on website. Easy access from street, we were able to park right outside in the designated space. Great views from the picture windows! We were very comfortable and the loft was well equipped, with some nice little extras. This is a a fabulous spot in an attractive part of town, within walking distance of shops, cafes, restaurants and the marina. Still quiet and peaceful, in spite of the central location. Couldn't have wished for a better experience!

Can't say enough good things about this property. The place is so well decorated and appointed- offering all sorts of high end kitchen gadgets to make yourself at home. Luxurious touches like cozy comfy couches, pillows, sheets, fluffiest towels ever. I loved my stay here. And could walk to everything I needed. Amazing, amazing place! Book it.

Perfect summer vacation spot!
This was our family's second time staying and this beautiful condo. Once again, it surpassed our expectations! The unit is beautifully appointed, intentionally outfitted with everything you would need during your stay, clean and in the most ideal location for easy access to City Beach, coffee shops, restaurants and more. Ideal Sandpoint rental
This condo was perfect in every way. It was clean and bright and cheery and even nicer than the pictures. The two patios were great for looking over the marina and enjoying the outside. The location cannot be beat for exploring downtown Sandpoint. Our group had never been there before and it is a charming little town with such a cool vibe. The City Beach is a short stroll away as are many inviting restaurants and shops. Our group made use of the living area sofa for a third bed and it was quite comfortable with the added bonus of waking up to the sunrise if one enjoys that. You could also pull the shade if not. Don’t hesitate to rent this place.

Wonderful Condo
We loved this condo overlooking the marina! The condo is beautiful, nicely decorated, so clean and laid-out so well. The view of the marina is lovely and it’s so fun to watch all the boats coming and going. The condo has two balconies that sit right over the water. It was so luxurious and relaxing, we had drinks at the condo rather than going out somewhere else. The location is excellent. Just a few blocks to downtown Sandpoint, which is so cute. Hiking within walking distance — walking along or across the lake. We also walked downtown to rent kayaks. A great stay!

Family get together
This loft is located right downtown with short walks to anything you might need. It's close to the city beach and my regret is that we didn't have bikes as there are nice trails everywhere. The owners respond to anything you might need very quickly and they are very social and friendly...our kind of people. The kitchen is great and we cooked alot because we had the misfortune to be there during the Northwest heat wave. Don't hesitate to rent this place as I'm very picky about cleanliness and you got it here. The Beds are comfortable and linens are nice. My husband still snores so I had an extra room to kick him to. My bad. 😳😃

We enjoyed Kat's place very much as we used it for a base camp to enjoy some skiing at Schweitzer. The condo is walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping as described. This is a great place to stay with good cook ware, big table, and relaxing living room to enjoy with a partner or guests.
