'I like that it was a different experience being on a house boat. There was an unpleasant smell outside. I liked the location. I didn't like that you could only use their soap, shampoo, conditioner and dish soap and they gave you enough of these for 1 day. 'The location of the property was great and we saw the key deer on property and nearby. The room and bathroom were very nicely decorated and clean. The bed was comfortable. 'Property was too close to the highway to enjoy the view/balcony. Also at 10:00 we were told to leave NOW as the cleaning crew was coming. Or there would be a charge for every two minutes that they had to wait outside. Even though check out was 11:00 AM. Definitely won't be staying there again! '

'Our stay was great! The description is accurate. We enjoyed our 6 Mid-March days at "Cozy Perfect Conch Cottage." Yes, it's technically camping, but it's very NICE camping...in a campground...but a very NICE campground. The bed we used (there were only 2 of us) was super comfortable. The WiFi worked great. 'We started our trip by spending two nights in key west but also wanted to spend in a less populated are to experience the more nature oriented part of the keys. The RV was clean and convenient to the overseas highway and the National Key Deer Refuge. There were no problems with our stay.'

'Lynn was an excellent host. Very quick to respond to any questions you may have. The check in process with the resort leaves a lot to be desired. Security is not friendly nor very helpful. The neighbors we interacted with were very friendly. '
