The property was awesome and conveniently located.
However, there were a few issues:
• The wash basin drain kept getting blocked. Although the staff attempted to fix it on the first day, the problem persisted.
• They ask guests to inform the front desk before 11 AM for room service. We did so on our second day while heading out—the receptionist even confirmed our name and room number—but when we returned, the room had not been serviced. I had to go to the reception myself to get fresh towels.
On the positive side, the breakfast was good.
This could have been an excellent experience, but the staff’s courtesy didn’t feel genuine or truly helpful.
