If you are looking for the perfect waterfront getaway, look no further! This unit has breathtaking views of the new Jackson Street Pier and Sandusky Bay from its large private patio. Located in the center of the building, this condo is just steps from the pool, parking and walkable Downtown Sandusky. With so many fun recreational activities, this Chesapeake Lofts condo in the heart of Downtown Sandusky is a vacation destination you won't want to miss!


**This unit is equipped with a Minut noise and occupancy monitor. The device is unobtrusive and does not record / store any personal data or voice recordings at anytime.**

-We can not accommodate check-ins earlier than 4 pm.

**The property observes Quiet Hours every day between 10 pm and 7 am. We appreciate your cooperation**

**TV's are smart-enabled – No cable or streaming subscriptions included. You're welcome to log in with your own accounts. Please let us know if you have any questions!**

** Outdoor pool & hot tub are seasonal - Typically Memorial Day - Labor Day, but could vary depending on temperatures. Please inquire with any questions. **

**Periodically, this building undergoes maintenance that may impact the view and noise in this unit. Please inquire if you have any questions.**

**Coin operated laundry facilities inside building.**

**No firearms or fireworks are allowed in the unit or on the balcony at anytime.**

**No confetti or glitter is allowed in this unit. You will be charged $100 in additional cleaning fees if glitter or confetti is found.**

**We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as we do adhere to our cancellation policy.**

Check out instructions are as follows:

-Condo keys, (2) car passes, and black key fob all can be left inside the condo where they are visible.

-All bedding and sheets can remain on the bed. Used towels can be placed on the bathroom floor.

-Please load and start the dishwasher prior to departure or clean and put away the dishes you used. If the dishwasher pods provided are Finish brand, please do not unwrap them prior to placing them in the dishwasher.

-When you depart the unit, please remove one of the condo keys from the key ring. Leave the rest of the keys and parking passes inside the unit. Use the single key you removed from the ring to lock the door from the hallway, then slide the single key under the locked door.

This was absolutely amazing. We were close enough to all the entertainment but also on the water and wonderful view. We didn’t need anything but clothes and food! The host was available at all times. This is our 4th year coming to Chesapeake Lofts and we have stayed in David and Christine’s condo and we have really been blessed. The location is perfect. You enter and walk straight to the condo, and it’s a convenient straight shot to the pool. We also enjoy the patio area, which looks right at the water. The condo is clean and the communication with David has always been fast and easy to understand. We hope to stay here again next summer.

This would easily be a 5 star location except for one thing. They have a indoor surveillance system that monitors your discussions. We had trouble with the sliding glass door and how to lock it. 15 minutes later, we received a message from our host on how to deal with the door. Creepy. The host did make us aware of the system much too late to make alternative plans. I did consider canceling the whole trip based on invasion of privacy but elected not to. Bad decision by me. Who knows what all they heard. The most uncomfortable vacation I’ve ever been on. I use vrbo quite often and they should consider eliminating this spot from their options.

Lovely Fun Waterfront Condo

We were very pleased with our stay. Condo is immaculate, well-appointed and comfortable! This is our second stay with our hosts and we were not disappointed. Gorgeous view! Also well stocked kitchen and bath with some thoughtful extras. Very responsive hosts! Pool was refreshing and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay in Sandusky! The condo was great - perfect location, nicely furnished and very roomy. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could want. A great place!

The unit was so clean and updated. Everything was as described and the facility was easy to navigate. We used the gym, pool and hottub. Everything was within walking distance and we often went to a restaurant and ordered takeout. We had a drink while it was being made and walked back to our place to eat. We celebrated our son’s birthday there and our hosts even left him a birthday card. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our third year staying here and it was just as great an experience as the first time. The hosts provide accurate, timely and clear instructions related to the check in/out process. We love their e-mail derailing places to eat and things to do. We enjoyed sitting on the patio , doing our devotionals, every morning after our walks. The condo was clean and we had all that we needed to make it our home away from home. It is also a great convenience to have the pool straight out the front doors where the room is located. Lord willing, we will be back again next summer! If you choose to stay here - you won’t be disappointed!!
