The hotel bathroom wasn't clean there was hair left in tub. The internet connection is VERY poor which forced us to watch an outdated television set which didn't have a clear picture. The bathrooms in the lobby were out of order and the one that was available for use the staff bathroom was filthy

Avoid it, this place is a ghost town for a reason.
Very outdated suite the shower liner had mold the 2 times i stopped at the front desk no one was there. The bed is extreely worn out. Elecator had broken panels that were had bad repairs leaving me to question the safety of the elevator. The breakfast had pancakes with no pancake mix visable nor the utensils to make the pancakes, no juice, water or anything to drink. When I asked the lady when breakfadt was being served (I honestly thought they just got a late start) they lady with a straight face told me that its ready all that was available was milk in a secondary container that had no label cereal, and bagels. There were better options up the road but i unfortunately didnt have time.

I really like the energy efficiency. Key card required to turn on lights, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel in dispenser, and motion sensor hall lights. I was very disappointed that with three requests my bathroom fan light was not repaired before I left. I understand that it was the Thanksgiving holiday.

The night time front desk gentleman was great, showed us to our room. But the room was strange, the pillows were super small, there were 4 on each bed, not enough blankets and the beds uncomfortable.

We got our room through Expedia so we were charged by them. The front desk took mu husbands CC said we would not get charge, but we did and we emailed and got no response. The billing clerk works over nights. it was an inconvenience to stay up late to talk to Allison. It took weeks to get our CC. We will not stay here again and we will not recommend this place!

Asked for room on first floor. Told it would be ready in 30 minutes. They said they'd hold it while I went to evening function. When I returned in 2 hours, they told me there were no rooms left. Finally given room with what they said was a dirty carpet. It was on first floor, way far down the hall. Check in was 4 pm, but room wasn't ready at 5 pm. Desk clerk said others had reserved rooms. I had paperwork showing I'd reserved room long ago. Sigh.

Could not control AC temp.
Davion was amazing upon check in. However, he had no way of controlling the AC temp. At one point in the night our room was 79 degrees. I called the front desk, and the attendant was unable to assist me. She stated the engineer was no longer there and there was nothing that could be done. If guests aren't able to control the room temp, then all staff on site should be able to assist when this issue arises.

If I could give this place negative stars I would give it negative one million. It was horrible on every level. The service, the cleanliness (I laugh even using that word). The Entire place can only be described as foul. It was horrid. The first room I was in the AC unit was so loud I couldn't hear and they did NOTHING to fix it. I didn't have the dispenser on the wall for shampoo, conditioner and body wash so "housekeeping" brought me a Styrofoam cup full of shampoo. The bathtub was full of grime and hair and bugs. The towels smelled rotten and were yellow and worse than sandpaper. Sandpaper should be offended to be compared to them. The pillows were TINY and awful. I went to Walmart to buy sheets, a blanket and a pillow. And I refused to bring them home because I didn't want anything that had a touched anything in the room. There were stains on literally every surface. The place is "energy efficient" and every room was 85+ degrees when you entered. The elevator looked like it had never been cleaned. I was there for 3 nights and "housekeeping" never even came to my room. I ended up buying towels at Walmart as well. I slept in full sweats with a hood and socks so that no part of me would touch ANYTHING in the room. Everything smelled horrible. The coffee was absolute swill. The customer service was laughable at best. The lady at the front desk was beyond rude. Drinks from the machine came out hot. Not warm or room temp. HOT. I have a lot more things but I am out of characters

This hotel was extreamly dirty all the garbages were over flowing only saw the front desk person. carpets looked like they never get vacummed and had to move rooms and look at 6 other rooms before finding a clean one and was not offered any kind of discount for the inconveniences. The lady working the front desk when I checked in was very kind and friendly and was discussed with the pictures I provided for my first room id give her 3 stars for that would have given her more if I would of gotten a discount for the troubles of having to move. Also they have cameras in all the hallways but yet we had kids running around at 1230am knocking on peoples doors and running away. The breakfast is not like any other continental breakfast I've had it was messy no storage cabinet for the bread and muffins they came right out of the bag no eggs or sausage pancake maker didn't have any stuff in it for pancakes and the syrup was in a reusable bottle that looked like it never gets washed. Also looked like drugs were being sold out of hotel all in all I was extreamly disappointed with my stay pay that much for a night I would have expected a lot more.i will defently travel little further from my family's home for a nicer hotel next time sucks because that's the closest one and the drive down there was already 6 hours

Looked nice but low on staff
Outside and inside looked clean but when I got to the room the sheets were dirty the front desk was more than willing to give us new sheets. Thankfully we brought our own because after that I didn’t trust that any of there sheets were clean. I made sure to take ALL the sheets off the bed before I left so that the next person will in deed have new sheets. The FREE breakfast was not a breakfast. No sausage or eggs just pancakes oatmeal and cereal. Slot machines were a plus. Pool was cold. The restaurant and bar was closed and we went on a Friday but they did have little bottles of sutterhome wine and beer with a price so that was cool.
