'Parking situation need improvement such as paving the roadway. Room did not have adequate furniture such as a side table by the bed, no luggage rack to put your suitcase & the table the coffeemaker was on was so small it could barely fit everything on it. Could not properly control the water temperature in the shower, it was hot or scalding hot. Breakfast was good. Overall it was over priced for what you got.'

'The breakfast was superb. The bed's soft and comfortable. Quiet. Cozy, well, designed, just a wonderful stay.. A big shout out to the chef cooking the breakfast in the morning, couldn't be happier.'

'The owner was johnny on the spot when we had a minor hvac issue! He arrived within 5 minutes and had the heat rolling again. Breakfast was awesome all 3 days!'

'This is a lovely, quiet property not far from the center of town. My wife has mobility challenges, so the innkeeper directed us to an accessible spot in the rear. The owner is a savvy woman who has traveled extensively and knows about what makes a tourism driven town run. We spent most of our time taking in museums and the natural beauty of the area. Each evening though, after dinner, we retreated to the inn to sit in the common area for a cup of tea and to peruse her collection of coffee table...

'Adobe & Pines is a wondeful bed and breakfast with a particular emphasis on the breakfast. I can't recall ever staying at a B&B with such delicious and exquisitely presented food. The grounds of the property are tranquil and the Verde room we stayed in warm and cozy with its fireplace. The staff and owners are warm and inviting people who go the extra mile to make their guests feel comfortable and welcomed. We would highly recommend Adobe & Pines to anyone visiting the Taos area.'

'The treehouse was amazing and such a neat set up. Our child loved the loft. We had a very relaxing Thanksgiving and enjoyed playing the board games that were provided. There were several hiking trails in the area and were able to view wildlife. This was a fabulous getaway and look forward to returning!'

'Maintenance of exterior of B&B is lack luster at best. Rooms are ok..little to no hot water and/or water pressure. No AC was being used, so windows and fan had to suffice and room was quite hot during the daytime. Location is very close to Ski Valley and hiking which was nice. No TV or phones in rooms. Breakfast is extremely good, although only served for one hour every morning. Would not stay here again, there are better choices in the area.'

They went above and beyond to welcome us and to provide helpful local recommendations. The adobe is beautiful inside and out. Full of fine art throughout including pottery, paintings, rugs, furniture, and its own architecture. The home is peaceful and private and yet just a few blocks from the plaza...
