'Op het eerste gezicht zou dit fantastisch moeten zijn maar dat is het niet! Op de kamer valt niets aan te merken. Het ontbijt is dramatisch: heel beperkte keuze, de meeste producten zijn synthetisch, bijvoorbeeld sinaasappelsap, vlees en eieren, en zien er niet lekker uit. Het sinaasappelsap lijkt wel recht uit de kernreaktor van Fukushima te komen en op het vlees ontbreekt nog juist een stempel van "Exxon Chemicals" Men drinkt uit plastieken bekers en eet met dito bestek. 'Voor een Hilton hotel is dit hotel heel slecht en vies. Kouwgum op de vloer uitgesmeerd. Vliegen bij aankomst in de kamer. Het stonk in de kamer. Vies douche gordijn het bad. Onvriendelijk personeel. Veel faciliteiten in het hotel waren dicht. Wij komen hier niet meer terug!! '

'Older property, but clean and well kept. It offered amenities not often found elsewhere such as barbecue grills, horseshoe pits, and corn hole games. The location was within walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Nacho chips with salsa and cookies in the afternoon, but best of all was the southwestern breakfast.'

'The grounds were recently renovated and they are lovely! The room was comfortable and spacious. We had a lovely patio but the chairs on the patio could have used a cushion. We did not try the restaurant because the menu was too limited for us. But the bar and dining area were very nice. The location is great, easily walkable to the town plaza, many restaurants, galleries and shopping. High recommend the Hotel Willa if you are staying in Taos.'

'The grounds are very lovely with lush landscaping. The lobby area is beautiful and rustic. Restaurant is very good and well worth a visit. The hallway carpet does look very worn out so that should be replaced. Everything else was great.'
