MOOI SANIBEL ISLAND CONDO - Onlangs bijgewerkt - veel voorzieningen

Breng een week of langer door in dit charmante appartement met twee slaapkamers en twee badkamers op het prachtige Sanibel-eiland. Onze Condo heet Coquina Beach 4B en bevindt zich in gebouw 4 op de begane grond!

Geniet van onze condo in dit tropische paradijs, omringd door prachtige stranden, winkels, golfbanen en restaurants. Onze Condo is gelegen in een zeer prive, vrij hoek van Coquina Beach Condos, dat is een intieme chique Gulf-Waterfront 40-eenheid complex met tennis, zwembad, picknickplaats en barbecue grills. Als je hier op Coquina 4B verblijft, ben je in 20 stappen bij ons verfrissende zwembad en het prachtige strand met zanderige schelpen ligt op 1 minuut van het zwembad. Coquina Beach ligt aan het oostelijke uiteinde van Middle Gulf Drive en op slechts een korte wandeling of fietstocht naar de vele favoriete Sanibel-locaties.

Het appartement is gerenoveerd in 2015, inclusief beide badkamers, keukenkastjes en apparatuur en vloeren in de slaapkamers. We hebben ook elk meubelstuk in de eenheid geüpgraded om ervoor te zorgen dat u een gastvrije, comfortabele omgeving heeft die smaakvol is ingericht voor uw plezier.

De bedden zijn allemaal nieuw in het afgelopen jaar. Bovendien hebben we drie tv's: in de woonkamer Een nieuwe 60 inch Smart HDTV en beide een 42 inch en een 48 inch TV in elke slaapkamer. Wij bieden gratis draadloos high-speed internet toegang in onze unit, plus we hebben 4, YES 4 fietsen in de opslagkluizen voor uw gebruik en plezier ook. We leveren ook meerdere strandstoelen, schoppen en emmers voor beschietingen, tennisrackets / golfclubs en diverse andere sportuitrusting.
Met al deze voorzieningen willen we u op uw vakantie sparen om uw eigen spullen in te pakken, of geld uitgeven aan huren en kostbare tijd besparen als u alles hebt wat u nodig heeft - binnen handbereik in Coquina 4B.

Geniet van een geweldige vakantie en profiteer van alles wat Sanibel en Captiva Islands te bieden hebben.

Een recent artikel uit de New York Times schrijft: 'Een familie leert dat Sanibel in Florida gewoonte vormt ... Nu met strikte zonering en milieuwetgeving .... Natuurgebieden vormen 50 procent van het areaal van het eiland, de stranden zijn niet vol en toeristen zoals wij kunnen genieten van het beste van beide werelden ..... We fietsen en touren allemaal de delen van de eilanden 23 mijl bergloze fietsroutes, zwemmen in het zwembad en naar hartelust het strand kammen. '

A great place to have a great time

This condo is perfectly situated for the beach, the pool, the tennis courts, and all the fun. It is comfortable, well supplied and furnished. The host was communicative and helpful. The whole stay was enjoyable and we will be back.

Wonderful place

We had a wonderful stay on Sanibel this week. The condo was the perfect size for our family. Great proximity to the beach and a quite pool to round out our day. Amenities were great and we had quick response by the owner when needed. Highly recommended this condo! When we get back to the island I hope this listing is available.

Great!

The condo was perfect for our week long stay. It was very clean, spacious and comfortable. I usually do not sleep well when away, but I had no problems sleeping here as the bed was super comfortable. It was nice having the screened porch to relax in. The convenience of having the beach towels and chairs was great and the kitchen had everything we needed. The beach was a short walk and we rented bikes for the week and rode to restaurants, shops and the lighthouse! Communicating with the owner was a breeze. Very responsive and accommodating. They provided detailed information about the island, places to go and things to do. It was a perfect week!

Very nice place! The beach is right there across the board walk. Ground floor unit is very convenient. My family loved the pool. We went in December and it was nice and warm. Our first time at the island. I Would definitely recommend it.

Great Sanibel Condo

We just returned from a week at the condo on Sanibel Island. We could not have asked for a better host. The condo was wonderful, it had everything that we needed for the weeks stay. We rented bikes from Billy's for the week and loved riding around the island. The Smitelli's are great communicators and would love to rent from them again! The condo is just steps from the pools and beach access. The beds were comfy and the A/C worked great! Highly recommended condo for a stay on Sanibel Island! Thanks for sharing your condo!

A little taste of heaven on earth!

What a gem of a find! We loved our fresh, tidy home away from home that felt so private but was steps from the beautiful pool one direction and tennis/pickle ball courts the other. (The pool has an outdoor shower which is great for cleaning off feet after returning from the beach). Ken was an excellent communicator and helped make our stay even better! The beach is so close, a short walk through the pool and past the parking lot. Got up every morning to head out to the beach and watch the sunrise! Enjoyed finding shells (and seeing live sand dollars) our beach access. It was an easy two mile walk to lighthouse beach for even more shelling.

Spent two weeks at condo and found the place to have just about everything you could want.

Very easy to reach Dr. Ken and he gave us a lot of information of things to do and places to eat and things to see. Couldn’t have asked for better communication. There are beach chairs, bikes, clubs to play golf, large umbrella, beach towels I’m sure I’m leaving things out. The beach is a short walk and plenty of beach to enjoy. You won’t go wrong choosing this place.

Steps from the Beach

The Condo is great and in a wonderful location. The beach was just steps away. You walk out of the condo, walk down to the end of the road it is on (and the condo is in the last group on the end of the road), and then walk over the little boardwalk that enters the beach. It is only minutes away by foot! So, you can easily walk back and forth from the condo to the beach just like that. As great as the beach access is, the best thing about this condo is the owner. The owners (Ken and Tiffany) are very easy to contact and truly want to help be sure that you have a good time and have everything that you need. Before our arrival, they offered suggestions based on our interests for this trip as first time visitors. While we were there, we reached out to them a handful of times and each time they responded almost right away. We quickly got feel like were in the hands of friends. The owners provide beach umbrellas, bikes, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, tennis rackets, and golf clubs at the condo for you to use. There is also a nice pool for relaxing in the evening when (if) you are done with the beach for the day. The living areas are nicely appointed and the kitchen contains everything that you will need to cook meals on the occasions that you are not trying one of the many nice local restaurants. It was a nice home away from home.

If I could have given this place more than 5 stars I would have given them way more. Ken was amazing to work with and answered every question I had. Plus provided me with a very detailed list of this things to do on the island and places to eat etc... great location only a one minute walk to beach if that. Beautiful place! Can’t wait to return.

We loved this condo. It is beautiful, clean, close to beach and tennis courts, lovely outside porch, comfy beds and all the comforts you would hope for like extra high quality towels, nice TVs, pool, etc. We had mostly rain during our trip so we stayed in the first few days enjoying the space. Owner is very communicative and helpful if any issues arise. And we even found cards and enjoyed some fun card games. A nice break from technology. Highly recommend.

Had a great time! The condo was very clean and updated. Just steps from the pool and beautiful beach and was stocked with everything you would need for a beach vacation.
