Voel u thuis terwijl u op vakantie bent! Unit 101 is een zeer populaire, bijgewerkte eiland appartement met uitzicht op een serene en weelderige tuin met uitzicht op bananenbomen, palmen en tropische bloemen. Het is prachtig ingericht en ligt op een steenworp afstand van het strand, het zwembad en de tennisbanen. Deze bijzondere apparaat wordt geleverd met alles wat je zou verwachten en nog veel meer. De zeer goed uitgeruste keuken is voorzien van een Keurig-koffiezetapparaat en een druppel koffiezetapparaat, een Cuisinart-keukenmachine en een slowcooker. Andere voorzieningen zijn twee haardrogers, 3 flatscreen-tv's met satellietzenders en dvd-spelers (Blu-ray in de woonkamer en de master), stereo-radio met cd-speler, strijkijzer / strijkplank en kluisje op de kamer. Unit 101 heeft de geprefereerde eindeenheid-plattegrond, handig gelegen op de eerste verdieping met parkeergelegenheid direct voor de deur. De uitgebreide slaapkamer suite beschikt over een zithoek, comfortabel kingsize bed, inloopkast en een eigen badkamer met dubbele wastafels. Ruime tweede slaapkamer heeft twee eenpersoonsbedden, maar kan op verzoek worden veranderd in een koning. De grote en lichte woon / eetkamer leidt naar een 25 voet gescreend Lanai met uitzicht op het weelderige tropische terrein. Andere voorzieningen zijn plafondventilatoren overal, centrale lucht, queensize slaapbank, linnengoed en een startpakket met zeep, papieren producten en koffie. Strandstoelen, parasols en praalwagens zijn aanwezig in deze accommodatie. Strandhanddoeken zijn te huur of te koop bij ons on-site kantoor. Sanibel Siesta biedt een glashelder verwarmd zwembad, WiFi, fietsverhuur, tennisbanen, shuffleboard, gasgrills, wasfaciliteiten, liften en een buitenspoel douche voor uw zanderige voeten. De rustige wijk is geweldig om te wandelen en fietsen. Word verliefd op ons rustige, ongerepte strand en de ontspannen Sanibel Island-levensstijl. Schelpen en kustvogels in overvloed! Spectaculaire zonsopkomsten en zonsondergangen! Wij zijn gunstig gelegen op loopafstand van een golfbaan en restaurants, plus directe toegang tot onze bekroonde fietsroutes! Maximale bezetting is 6 inclusief kinderen en baby's. Geen huisdieren zijn toegestaan.

Beautiful Condo!

Everything was wonderful at this condominium! We loved the kitchen and all the amenities it has, new appliances, etc. We cooked a lot there and it was very accommodating! We loved the porch to put our towels and rest on the chairs and not have to worry about the bugs coming in! Everything was easy to get to, the pool is accessible and well-kept, and the location being on the first floor was convenient bringing in/out luggage through the back door. We will try and reserve this condo again when we come back to Sanibel! Thankyou!

Great condo!

Stayed here in March for a girls trip! Condo was very clean and had everything we needed. The walk to the beach was not far at all. My only complaint is that one of my friends twin bed kept falling apart. There weren’t. Slats under the mattress and one of them kept falling.

Nice place

The condo was spacious and had all the amenities. They do need more chairs by the pool area. The only other thing that needs to be addressed is the AC unit couldn't be set below 74 and on the hotter days it was too warm for sleeping. I'm just glad we weren't renting in the hot months. It would have been unbearable. Otherwise a very pleasant stay.

We had a lovely visit. We loved the property and how close it was to the beach. It was clean and quiet. There was a broken hair dryer in the master bath and the tub drain was very slow. It may have been nice to have salt and pepper there. Other than that we loved it and would recommend others to stay.

Great Vacation Spot!

We so enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was exactly as described on the listing and the customer service was top notch...from the wonderful women who work in the office to the very helpful property manager to having bikes and beach towels and beach chairs available to the inclusion of key basics like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, etc. We would 100% stay here again!

Nice condo with nice amenities

We used VRBO to rent this property. The process was very smooth. We had a ground level unit which was great for my mom, but there was also an elevator for the upper floors. The staff was very friendly and helpful. There were some extra amenities with the condo that were appreciated such as beach umbrellas and chairs. The property sits right on the beach, so it was just a short walk to the beach from our unit. We would stay here again.

Great beach vacation

Would definitely stay here again. The unit was clean and just as pictured. Short walk to beach and the beach chairs and supplies in the closet a bonus! Quiet area and lots of paths for walking or biking.

A lovely stay

This was our second time staying at Siesta Sanibel and we love everything about it. This particular condo had nice updates, and was great. Our only complaints would be that there were only 2 working beach chairs and 1 working umbrella that were all pretty dated, and we had 4 adults. The beach chairs were old and rusted as was the umbrella so they could all use updating. The other negative was the blender didn’t work which caused a few messes and a waste of food. We rented bikes for 3 days from the condos, which they gave us half off and we realized why — everyone just uses the bikes at their own will because everyone knows the lock combo so you could never guarantee your bikes would be there from day to day. It felt like with that system they should just include the bikes with your stay instead of charging. Overall it was a good stay, you’re in paradise after all.
