'We stayed for one night for the Safari. The property is well maintained, clean and it is as described. The owner is very responsive, offer good service. We enjoyed the breakfast included in the reservation after the Safari. I would definitely recommend this place. '

'A wonderful stay at Mansala, with very friendly and helpful hosts. We had a room with balcony and two double beds for us and our son. The owner was able to arrange our safari, taxi and trip to the Elephant Transit home. All very close by. Excellent communication. They organised some water for the early morning safari and breakfast on our return. Freshly cooked and plentiful breakfast. The family were generous with their hospitality'

'Agthira river camp was excellent. The staff were all friendly and the room was so nice. Looking onto the river was very relaxing and hours were spent watching the monkeys. The buffet in the morning and evening was great. The safari was booked via the hotel and was a great experience.'

'We had a fantastic stay at Lizard Safari Lodge. The rooms are clean and well kept, with a nice big bed, mosquito net and fan. Our room had a balcony which was great to sit out on in the late afternoon. Dinner was delicious on both nights of our stay (as was breakfast) with a good selection of food and very generous portion sizes! Nandu could not have been kinder, taking us on a tour of the village and to a local swimming spot on the afternoon of our arrival, and providing snacks and ice creams....

'Hands down, some of the best hospitality in Sri Lanka. Mandu (manager/owner) was accommodating and super kind and helpful. Really, this place is all about hospitality which is why I believe it is an excellent location for anyone looking for a real taste of Sri Lanka.
If you want 4 star amenities and are all about hotel luxury, look elsewhere. If you want a great, safe place to stay with a bit of local feel to it, this is for you.'

Emplacement idéal à - de 10' du parc. Des hôtes en or, une bouteille d'eau donnée quand je suis partie à 5h45...

'Such a lovely little place to stay for the night. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. The staff were so kind and lovely, the home cooked food was some of the best we’ve had in Sri Lanka.
They also arranged a safari for us, we had a jeep to ourselves, and saw many animals (elephants, monkeys, mongoose).
All in all a fabulous experience, and incredible value for money.

The accommodation is very clean and comfortable and the hosts made the experience extra special, everyone was so friendly! Food was delicious and plentiful. 'The welcome at the Sihilro Regency is second to none. We felt almost like family. The home cooked food offered is really fantastic, exceeding the standard in most of the hotels we stayed in. Arriving over the new year weekend, we were slightly concerned that onward travel would be difficult but they helped us find a taxi at a very reasonable price. We also used their in house Safari and the driver / guide was brilliant. Highly recommended.'

'La gentillesse du personnel, ils sont a votre écoute. L'hôtel sera parfait une fois l'étage terminé. Le RdC est très beau. La nourriture est excellente. Par contre, il est situé loin de tout, on y séjourne que pour voire la réserve, le matin un éléphant vient manger juste en face l'hôtel. Ne pas faire la nurserie pour éléphanteaux, perte de temps et d'argent...une nuit suffit, rien à faire d'autre à proximité.'

Fick en egen jeep som körde runt oss utan stress och under en hel eftermiddag i nationalparken till ett bra pris. Såg många elefanter, fåglar, krokodiler, apor, vattenbuffel, hjort, mm Trevlig personal som ville vårt bästa och som tom. fixade fram några öl genom att skick bud med Tuk-tuk. Suverän service. 'I can’t recommend this place enough! Great communication with Eric all the way through, we came a bit late, and before we could order our meals over email and it was ready. Great WiFi! Evening watching fireflies in the dark.
