  • Authentieke oude volledig gerestaureerd Andalusisch huis om het te voorzien van alle elementen van de moderne comfort, terwijl zijn oude functies die zijn charme te maken met behoud van: ruime, hoge plafonds, houten balken.
    De traditionele Andalusische huizen, gebouwd rond een centrale patio, zijn ontworpen om verschillende leefruimtes te bieden, afhankelijk van de seizoenen en de verschillende tijden van de dag: eerst de patio, waar u zich kunt verzamelen voor het diner mooie dag dankzij de ideale zomerkeuken voor het bereiden van hapjes of grills, de vloer met zijn woonkamer eetkamer grote keuken en tenslotte het dakterras voor het diner of neem het voorgerecht.

Authentiek vakantiehuis.

We hebben als familie een fijne vakantieweek doorgebracht in het vakantiehuis. We waren met 5 personen en dus genoeg ruimte. Locatie is prima, genoeg eetgelegenheden in de omgeving. Ook in een rustige straat. In de beschrijving is sprake van 5 slaapkamers. Dit klopt echter niet. Er zijn maar 4 slaapkamers en een kamer met stapelbedden. De stapelbedden zijn goed voor kinderen uit een gezin maar niet voor een volwassen persoon. Dit was dus een tegenvaller. Ook de WIFI werkte alleen als je op de bovenverdieping was, niet beneden.

Absolutely gorgeous house close to the centre of Sanlucar and just a fifteen minute walk to the beach. Everything you need is provided in the house, with a well equipped kitchen, beautiful courtyard space, and a roof terrace where you can enjoy views over to Doñana National Park. We'd love to return one day😎

"This is the best holiday...

"This is the best holiday accommodation I ever stayed in. Although the ouside is unbecoming, it is literally like a palace inside, full of old-world Andalucian charm. The photos do not do it justice. It is the first place I ever stayed where it was possible to actually lose the others in our party. The only downside is that it was a little hot (last week of August/first of September) and it could do with a few fans at this time of year."

Will not rent from VRBO again

When you try to get support from VRBO and half your vacation is on the phone because of the lies told on the description of the home. The owner was unresponsive prior to booking and rude during our stay. He does not live in Spain, lives in France. Yes the home is older, but it has not been maintained nor has it been cleaned. The photos tell all! And only one of the bedrooms has a/c, the others have fans. The home is located right in front of a school where the parents hang out and smoke at the front door. The garage is located a couple of buildings away. The owner does not speak English as stated. Stay away from both VRBO AND THIS HOME.

Well-located charming and spacious house

We spent a terrific 7-day holiday in this charming and spacious house, located ideally near the center of Sanlucar de Barrameda. The house is well organized and equipped, though somewhat old-fashioned. The kitchen and bathrooms are comfortable and perfectly in order. Having been there in February, the first days it was a bit difficult to get the house warm; the first nights were a bit chilly. Still, with the electrical heating on, it was never uncomfortable. We're convinced the house is absolutely perfect in this respect if you're there anytime from spring to autumn. The patio and the terrace provide the perfect combination to spend enjoyable time outside, in the shade during the hottest time of day and on the roof on the cooler moments. The welcome by the hostess was heartwarming. She was tremendously hospitable, making us feel at home right away, providing us with the necessary stuff for the kids, making sure all was in order, very correct on the pricing and payment, and so on. The preparation with the owner was also very correct and straightforward. All in all, we would warmly recommend this house to anyone, from families with or without kids to larger groups of friends.

Tolles Landhaus nah am Zentrum

Ein großzügiges Traditionshaus mit vielen Exponaten zum Thema Stierkampf, schöner Dachterrasse und eindrucksvollem Blick über die Stadt und auf die nahegelegene Burg. Für Familien mit Kindern ein geeigneter Ort um Stadt und Land zu erkunden. Zum Stadtstrand an der Mündung des Guadalquivir zu Fuß und zum schönen weitläufigen Strand in Playa de Ballena per Auto ca. 25 Min. entfernt.

Great, BUT....

We did enjoy our stay and Antonia who checked us in was very helpful. However we found that the bathroom on the main floor which adjoined two of the bedrooms, had a very powerful sewage smell. It was so strong we couldn’t use either of those bedrooms! Not a problem with just four of us renting but it would have been with a larger group. We loved the courtyard and the roof deck. The house was well supplied with essentials. Communication with the owner was a problem. Our initial request to rent this property went unanswered in the required timeframe. The owner then got back to us with a renewed quote that was higher than the original one. We did agree to the new price but felt a bit annoyed by this process. After we had paid, we heard nothing else from him despite a couple of emails and texts. We were beginning to wonder if there was going to be a problem. The evening before we were scheduled to arrive he emailed and apologized and sent us contact numbers for our host Antonia. This whole communication issue left us a little unsettled and should be taken into account by the owner for the comfort of other guests.

Quirky Spanish Home

This is a large and rather quirky house, well equipped and very comfortable. We had a couple of problems during our stay with the electrical supply....not the owners fault...these were dealt with quickly and did not effect our stay. Antonia, the owners local representative, was very helpful and kind. Would recommend this house if you want something different from the usual complex Villa or apartment. Sanlucar is well positioned for visits to the coast, Cadiz, Jerez and Seville. It is a lovely historical town with plenty of good restaurants. Will definitely return!

Séjour idillique

Ce logement est vraiment parfait. Nous sommes partis à 7 et avons pu apprécier l'espace. La location est très facile à trouver avec un GPS et au pire Antonia est atteignable. L'accueil par Antonia s'est très bien passé, elle nous a donné les informations importantes sur la maison et est restée disponible. Le propriétaire est également atteignable à tout moment et nous a donné de très bons conseils. Merci à eux 2.

Acogedora casa con patio en Sanlucar

La casa es muy grande, de dos pisos, con un agradable patio en donde nos refrescábamos al caer la tarde, después de las visitas del día. Está muy bien equipada con todo tipo de menaje y mobiliario en las dos plantas, y artísticamente decorada (las sillas del comedor son preciosas, con sus relieves coloreados en el respaldo). Cuenta también con una buena biblioteca que hará las delicias de los aficionados taurinos. También tiene algunos libros en francés, ideal para los que nos defendemos leyendo en este idioma. Hemos de destacar también la simpatía y buen hacer de Antonia, la encargada, que procuró que no nos faltara de nada y nos proporcionó el desayuno para el primer día (llegamos en domingo y no habíamos podido comprar nada), además de una buena botella de manzanilla, con la que nos introducimos en la cultura de los vinos del Marco de Jerez. La mansión está muy cerca del centro pero alejada del barullo, y Sanlucar está estratégicamente situada para visitar la zona comprendida entre Doñana, Cádiz, Jerez y Arcos. En fin, es una casa tradicional que nos ayuda a comprender cómo se vivía antaño en la zona, pero sin renunciar a las comodidades modernas con las que se ha dotado a la casa después de su reforma. Por todo ello, la recomendamos vivamente a todos aquellos que quieran disfrutar no solamente del viaje sino de los momentos de reposo que todo viaje debería tener.

Nous avons pu ainsi aller à Jerez, Cadix, Ronda, Séville ...il nous faudrait beaucoup plus de temps bien sûr! Hemos pasado diez días maravillosos en el mes de Julio. Una casa muy atractiva y con encanto, cerca del centro y de las bodegas de Barbadillo. Los desayunos , comidas y cenas se pueden hacer en el patio, que dispone de una cocina además de una plancha para cocinar, con nevera y lavavajillas la estancia en este lugar es muy cómoda, además están muy bien equipadas de menaje y de material para poder cocinar. También dispone de varios salones la vista desde la azotea es muy agradable, además por la noche si corre la brisa se puede aprovechar para tomar algo y charlar. Es importante saber que en algunas estancias dispone de aire acondicionado. Dejan a nuestro uso una plaza de garaje cubierta y amplia muy cerca de la casa. Antonia, la señora que nos dejó las llaves y nos enseño la casa muy simpática y agradable, nos dejó como detalle lo necesario para poder desayunar el primer día y una botellita de manzanilla. Casa con mucho encanto en Sanlucar

Hemos pasado diez días estupendos en esta casa. Muy funcional, práctica y con muchísimo encanto. Dispone de todo lo necesario para una estancia cómoda, dos cocinas con lavavajillas, una de ellas en el patio ideal para verano con todo lo necesario. Cinco dormitorios, uno de ellos con literas para los niños. Varios baños, salón, azotea con vistas al río.... Además dispone de plaza de garaje cubierta a unos metros. Antonia, muy simpática, te proporciona lo necesario para el desayuno del primer día y te obsequia con una botella de manzanilla. Muy recomendable!!

Puente Andalucía 2016

He pasado 3 días en esta maravillosa casa con mi mujer y mis tres hijas. La casa es espectacular, y está perfectamente acondicionada; radiadores en las habitaciones, wifi, 2 cocinas, todo tipo de electrodomésticos. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas, con bastante sitio para la ropa, y las camas están muy bien. El patio es magnífico para los desayunos y el aperitivo. La cocina cuenta con todos los electrodomésticos y utensilios necesarios. La casa está en muy buen estado, y la decoración es muy bonita. Tiene una situación privilegiada, cerca del centro, a 10 minutos a pie de la plaza del Cabildo, y de fácil acceso. Cuenta con una plaza de garaje. Antonia, la señora que nos entregó las llaves y nos enseñó la casa fue muy amable, y nos tenía preparado el desayuno para el día siguiente. Patrick, el dueño, con el que sólo mantuvimos contacto telefónico, se mostró siempre muy educado y atendió todas nuestras consultas previas al alquiler. En definitiva, una casa estupenda para pasar unos días en Sanlúcar, muy recomendable. Nosotros repetiremos la experiencia sin dudarlo.

Excellent séjour à Sanlucar

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette maison de Sanlucar. Nous étions 2 familles, en tout 11 personnes, à loger pendant 2 semaines, sans soucis car la maison est spacieuse. Antonia, la personne qui s'occupe de la maison est vraiment serviable. La maison est typique de la région, avec un patio, et est très bien meublée. Sanlucar est une ville agréable à vivre, une ville espagnole authentique, facile pour rayonner dans la région. Je recommande cette location. Murielle et Bernard

Sólo éramos dos, pero a pesar de la grandeza de la casa (típica casa andaluza con un patio central rodeado de 4 habitaciones, más otra habitación en la planta superior, 4 baños, 2 cocinas, comedor, salón, estudio, ...) hemos estado súper a gusto, pues la casa, cálida y familiar, tiene un encanto especial y está totalmente equipada (lavavajillas, lavadora, secadora, frigoríficos, congeladores, y todo el menaje necesario). Además dispone de una plaza de garage cercana y está muy bien situada, pues se encuentra en el Barrio Alto, muy cerca del Castillo, y a cinco minutos de la Plaza del Cabildo. El propietario, Patrick, al que tuvimos el gusto de conocerle, es una persona amable y cercana, y muy preocupado por la comodidad y satisfacción de sus inquilinos. Para ello dispone de la inestimable ayuda de Antonia, que mantiene la casa limpia y ordenada y recibe al inquilino a su llegada a la vivienda. Y como muestra, el detalle de dejar todo lo necesario para el desayuno, y, hasta una botella de manzanilla!!! Y todo ello a un precio realmente asequible!! Repetiremos!!!

Semana Santa en Sanlucar

Esta Semana Santa tuvimos unas estupendas vacaciones en esta propiedad de Sanlucar de Barrameda. La casa es la típica de estas tierras, muy grande, con un patio central en la planta baja y una azotea en la parte alta. Algunas habitaciones y baños están reformados y otros mantienen el encanto de la propiedad original. La casa cuenta con una cocina en el patio con todo lo necesario y otra en la primera planta también estupendamente dotada (en total tres frigoríficos, dos lavavajillas, lavadora, etc. así como varias vajillas y otros electrodomésticos pequeños). Tiene 4 cuartos de baño distribuidos por las dos plantas. También tiene calefacción y aire acondicionado. En definitiva, una casa bien dotada, con encanto, en el centro del pueblo (al lado del castillo) con una plaza de garaje en la finca adyacente, un propietario al que le importa la satisfacción del inquilino (nos dejó alimentos para realizar el desayuno) y una estupenda persona que se encarga de los trámites (Antonia). Y todo ello a un precio imbatible. Eso sí, las características de la casa son más aprovechables con el buen tiempo porque en época fría o de lluvias el patio será menos adecuado.

EXCELLENT SÉJOUR

Très agréable maison, très bien située dans la partie haute de Sanlucar; vaste et très bien équipée, elle permet d'être nombreux pour un séjour convivial, sans se gêner. Le patio, la terrasse permettent de passer de bons moments entre amis. Antonia, qui s'occupe d'accueillir les locataires, est très serviable et efficace.
