Homeleven invites you to discover and stay in this spacious, bright flat, very close to the most famous beaches of Sanremo.

Included in the package is a wonderful view overlooking the crystal clear sea of the Ligurian coast.



The flat is located on the second floor, served by a lift, and includes a garage in a private courtyard. Upon entering, you are greeted by a hallway that leads to a spacious living room with a large window facing the sea and a balcony with sea views. The living room features a dining table, a sofa, two armchairs and a smart TV.

The sleeping area comprises two double bedrooms with parquet flooring, wardrobes and access to the balcony with sea views. Between the two bedrooms is the first bathroom, equipped with a bathtub.

In the corridor, there is a small bedroom with bunk beds and single beds, and on the left is the second bathroom, with a shower cubicle, no bidet, and equipped with a washing machine.

The kitchen is equipped with another dining table, an oven, no dishwasher, and has access to a balcony with sea views.



Customers are reminded that before check-in, they will be required to pay the tourist tax and provide identification for each guest.
