"A charming and modern hotel ! I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The property is modern, and my room was charming, nicely decorated and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, the bathroom was clean and modern, and the spacious balcony was a nice bonus. The room had everything I needed. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. The facilities were a real highlight, with two beautiful swimming pools and a very nice spa. The hotel is also located very close to a beautiful beach, easily accessible on foot. The breakfast was fairly standard, with a good variety and decent-quality food, although nothing exceptional. The private parking is quite small, so I often had to park on the main road. There was always space, but it was a little less convenient with all the traffic heading to the beach. The hotel is very quiet, sometimes perhaps a little too quiet, and I would have appreciated a bit more entertainment. There were, however, live singers in the evenings, and some of them were really great. The nearby village is also very quiet, with only a few restaurants and not many activities, so it is better suited to a relaxing holiday than a lively one. One small downside is that part of the hotel gets into the shade quite early, making it difficult to enjoy the sunshine until late afternoon. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would happily recommend this hotel for a relaxing holiday."

"We had a very pleasant stay at Grupotel Port d’Alcúdia. The atmosphere felt warm and welcoming, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the electricity went out a few times during our stay, which was a bit disappointing. Apart from that, everything was great. Overall, a lovely hotel with great staff and a welcoming atmosphere."

"Mooie locatie met uitzicht op de haven en het strand. Goed ontbijtbuffet, gezellige ontbijtruimte en terras. Nette kamer. Jammer dat er niets aan het zwembad(je) gedronken mag worden."

"Mooi en groot hotel, mooi uitzicht op de baai al is de straat ertussen wel een domper voor kamers met zeezicht . Door annulatie vlucht kwamen we een dag te laat aan waardoor ik wel verwacht had ( nacht betaald zonder aanwezigheid) -ondanks het feit dat dat hun verantwoordelijkheid niet is natuurlijk- hier toch 1 of andere commerciële geste van het hotel gekregen te hebben maar deze bleef uit . Het hotel personeel was niet bijzonder vriendelijk … ook van de tot twee keer toe lang op voorhand gevraagde kamer op een hoger verdiep kwam niks in huis .. jammer … had me als klant toch beter gewaardeerd gevoeld mocht hier rekening mee gehouden zijn, zeker gezien de situatie … voor de rest prima ontbijt, wel iedere dag identiek , mooie ruimte en goede mooie kamers … stoelen aan zwembad baai lagen snel vol"

"Ik heb een fantastische tijd gehad in het hotel. Alles was top: het personeel is supervriendelijk en het animatieteam doet echt geweldig werk. Ik deed met plezier mee aan de activiteiten. Het eten is heel gevarieerd, je hebt meer dan genoeg keuze. Alleen de dessertjes mochten voor mij iets beter, maar verder was alles echt uitstekend"

"Superbe séjour zvec nos enfants l’acces a la plage et la piscine sont superbes. La chambre superbe egalement seule infrastructure a renover a mon avis : le restaurant... un peu dans son jus. Petite déception également Dragoland n'était pas inclus dans le forfait demi pension hors nous avions sélectionné cet hotel specialement pour les activités enfants "

"Het ontvangst was vriendelijk. Wat wij heel fijn vonden dat het bij binnenkomst altijd lekker ruikt De kamers prima. Een van de bedden was erg doorgelegen, daar hebben we de volgende dag een opmerking over gemaakt en binnen een paar minuten stond er een nieuw matras. Ook de wijn glazen waar we om vroegen was zo geregeld Het ontbijt prima genoeg variatie en vriendelijk personeel. Het zwembad ook prima altijd wel een bedje te vinden. Voor ons een prima verblijf."
