- The villa is surrounded by a protected natural forest, so you may occasionally hear or see wildlife, including deer, foxes, and rabbits.
- The caretakers live in a separate guesthouse on the property. They are available if needed, while fully respecting guests’ privacy.
- Check-in and check-out are handled personally by the hosts, ensuring a seamless and stress-free arrival and departure experience.
- The swimming pool is cleaned and inspected daily to ensure it remains in excellent condition throughout your stay.
- The gardens are maintained regularly by a gardener, who may occasionally be seen working on the property during your stay.
- Our on-site caretakers share the property with a friendly dog and cat. The cat enjoys exploring the grounds freely, while the dog is always accompanied and walked on a leash. You may occasionally see them during your stay, so we kindly ask that guests be comfortable around animals.
- One extra single bed or a crib can be added upon request.

GUEST REGISTRATION📋
To comply with Spanish regulations, all guests must complete a simple online registration process before check-in. A secure registration link will be sent 24–48 hours before arrival. All guests staying at the property are required to complete this process.
