'My family of four spent a week here and we had an excellent stay. The apartment is either new or newly renovated and is actually just as nice as the photos. Its a spacious clean city apartment with a large common pool. There are plenty of local restaurants and its about an hour walk or a short taxi ride to the center of town. The beach is just a short walk and visible from the large patio. My only suggestion is to get rid of the electronic lock. Its a good idea but it didnt always work to get...

'Close to beach, mall and sailing centre'

'Our stay was wonderful. The area was safe, very close to the beach and close to the Barecelona International Sailing Center; we were in town for the Nacra15 World Championships. We even had an advantage to see the sailors from the balcony. Many things were in walking distance. We had everything we needed to enjoy our 9 night stay. Nos encantábamos la locación conveniente, las comodidades, y la facilidad de registrarse y entrar al edificio y apartamento (con una aplicación para iOS y Android). Algo para su consideración: Uno de los baños está adentro del dormitorio principal pues es un poco inconveniente compartirlo con los demás que queden en los otros tres dormitorios - sería perfecto por una familia grande.'

'The pictures are old to the point where a lot of the furniture is different. The place is in desperate need of a deep clean, a coat of paint and some refurbishments. The pictures are not an indication of the current state of the property. If you dont mind grungy, its close to the beach and everyone in the building is incredibly friendly, including the doorman. You get the sense that is a real community but please update the pictures. They are misleading.'
