Hier kom je zeker terug !
Super vriendelijk, gastvrij en professioneel personeel. Geweldige keuken, groot en goed onderhouden zwembad, zeer nette kamers en goede airco. Ideale uitvalsbasis voor uitstappen, openbaar vervoer (waarmee je overal komt) vlakbij. Het is de derde keer in drie jaar dat we dit hotel boekten, dat zegt wellicht genoeg...Publiek bestaat meestal uit koppels, vooral uit Engeland, maar het hotel is ook geschikt voor gezinnen.

ontzettend goede koffie en goede ligging, wel gehorig. zelf zou ik liever in sorrento een hotel kiez
ik ben alleen naar Sorrento gegaan en had alleen een ticket en hotel van te voren geboekt. Daar ben ik met de Lonely Planet van Amalfi en Naples zelf uitsapjes gaan maken. Het ov is daar goed geregeld. Ik vond Napels en Sorrento erg leuke steden en heb me geen moment als vrouw alleen, onveilig gevoeld. Neem een hotel met een zwembad of stuk strand, want de stranden daar zijn vaak onder aan de rotsen gelegen en geen prettige klim of wandeling om te bezoeken. De stranden in Sorrento vond ik niet veel aan. Ik had een hotel in Sant Agnello, een heel rustig dorpje waar weinig te beleven valt. Ik liep in 10 minuten naar het Centrum van Sorrento, maar toch zou ik de volgende keer in Sorrento zelf verblijven. Sorrento is een erg gezelllige stad waar 's avonds ook wat te beleven is. Alleen de laatse bus vertrekt al om 23 uur of zo richting Sant Agnello en hoewel het dicht bij ligt kost een taxi Sorrento-Sant Agnello 's avonds rond de € 20.

Charmehotel met persoonlijke touch
Kleinschalig charmant hotel met ongelooflijk vriendelijk en efficiënt personeel. Heerlijke keuken met bediening aan tafel en uitgebreide keuze van gerechten. Ruime wijnkaart aan treffelijke prijzen. De kamers zijn zeer net en eenvoudig maar smaakvol ingericht. Mooie tuin en zwembad (dagelijks gereinigd) met voldoende ligzetels en poolbar. Dubbele beglazing en electrisch rollijk (zo geen straatlawaai) en goed werkende airco. Gelegen in Sant'Agnello, de rustige buur van Sorrento. Sorrento kan je makkelijk bereiken per bus of Circumvesuviana (soort bovengrondse metro). Openbaar vervoer zeer goed en nabij hotel: alle toeristische attracties zijn op die manier vlot te bereiken. Dit hotel is geschikt voor koppels en families. Het hotel trekt een rustig en deftig publiek aan, toen wij er waren voornamelijk Britse koppels maar ook enkele families met kinderen.

Not as described and not as advertised
Not as shown on the website at all, the rooms have paperthin walls and we were kept up all night by someone with their tv on and slamming doors throughout. The room walls are thin and hall seem to echo sound so much so that i could clearly follow the tv program the person in the room was watching The rooms look nothing like as advertised on the website, they are sole less and no where near as modern as described. Honestly felt scammed for the nearly €200 we paid for the night

Our walls are not thin as you tried to describe and all our rooms have a good sound proofing. Obviously, if a guest engages in questionable behavior by turning up the television volume to maximum, it goes beyond the thickness of the walls. However, we have staff present 24 hours a day who could intervene to lower the volume on the television.In the hotel there are 7 different categories and the reserved room is a basic which reppresents our entry level room. Honestly all our rooms are well described online and we take the distance to what you reported.We are sorry if you did not like the assigned room.Regards

The swimming pool was really good and the seating outdoors on the grass was lovely. Bedroom was too small and cramped. Bathroom was small. Breakfast was ok but coffee didn’t dispense correctly seems coffee machine was broken.

Not 4 star. Old hotel in need of an update. Far from the old town with nothing to see or do around hotel. Ridiculous parking rates forcing you to consistently feed the meter for street parking.

We are a couple of minutes distance to the railway station and bus station. Then there close by us there are many shops,restaurants , bar and we are extremely close to the nicest places you can enjoy in Europe as Capri, Naples, Positano, the Amalfi coast and so on.Regarding the parking we charge just 20,00 Euros per night which is very cheap considering the rates of the parking in this part of the Italy.Anyway we respect your feedback.Best regards

First time is italy and so thankful me and my friend booked with Alpha. Staff was incredibly nice and understanding. Any questions we had, they answered or helped as much as they could. Our room was spacious, clean, beautiful view of Italy. We got the back suite building. Breakfast was our favorite, the on site restaurant Gia is good also. I wouldn't recommend doing the special dinners they did during our stay, id suggest go out and eat. The ONLY thing that sucked was the amount of bugs that were around. but other than that staff at pool were attentive, overall hotel space is great. Pretty awalkable to everything you need. Has a near by grocery store too which was our fav. overall recommend 10/10. THANK YOU ALPHA.

The staff was amazing EVERYONE from front desk, maintenance, servers, pool bar, breakfast staff, to the restaurant manager, we were always greeted warmly and with genuine care. The room was lovely, bright, exceptionally clean, unfortunately they were almost full when I booked(because they’re great and fairly priced) so our room was near the door to our building and other guests weren’t always respectful as they came and went after hours, all part of travelling and the hotel was amazing 10/10!!!!

Our room was amazing - it had just been refurbed and was kept immaculately clean, plus had a lovely balcony. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fab. Plenty of things to do nearby and places to eat

Quite nice property and room minimal storage space, nowhere to hang towels or put suitcase. Breakfast somewhat disappointing with fruit cocktail some days and terrible coffe machine(instant coffee taste). Quiet though and beautiful grounds and pool. We received warm welcome when arriving hotel. Martina and Angelica are kind to show us everything and we appreciate. The bedroom and bathrooms are very clean and spacious. Breakfast is delicious, will live here next time.

The staff was very helpful on booking a day excursion to Capri for my party of 5. Highly recommend. Breakfast was your normal Italian spread. I didn’t eat at hotel restaurant but 2 of my party did and were not impressed with the food. Local restaurants food are better.

The hotel alpha was very helpful. We had a mix up with our room, the hotel helped us out very quickly and made the stay absolutely great. The staff were very helpful. The pool was quiet and very clean. The grounds made it feel like a villa in the countryside. Breakfast was done beautifully and fresh. We were suggested a nice restaurant in the area from a staff member, which we ended up having for three times. They also helped us to find a boat cruise for the area. Thank you hotel alpha!!!

Lo pase muy bien en el hotel. Todos son muy agradables y te conversan. Te ayudan para donde uno desea ir. La zona me gustó. Esta a 20 min a pie de sorrento y hay bus o tren También un supermercado cerca. Lo recomiendo

Entertainment was intermitent and not advertised, as was Gala night. Didn't have dinner, need to update menus and ideas. Jacuzzzi baths and elevtric shutters excellent. As is Air com. Slightly out of the way but near enough to walk if desired. Not as noisy as downtown Sorrento.
