Staff was helpful, the pool was dirty and was cleaned by pouring chlorine in it despite the algae caked on the bottom of the pool. Another guest gained access to our room when we were in it, making us feel extremely uneasy. When I asked the front desk girl for a result of the situation she said “I rebooked them in room 328.” Guest confidentiality broken. Worst Hilton I’ve ever stayed at.

They requested a security deposit way higher than the cost per night, 5 days later they still have not return deposit to my account. Called to ask why deposit has not been given back, they say it's for parking, and kept saying the rest will be given back. Nothing has happened, very disappointed they are taking so long on this deposit. Other hotels credited me back the money hours after my check out.

I assure you I have personally looked into this reservation and the deposit has been released on our end. Check in took a while, arrived on-site at 3, but didn’t get into the room until 3:50. Was charged for each car that was parking over night. It was a relatively nice stay, but I wouldn’t go back.

The property is in a good location with access to many places. The breakfast was good, the staff were very nice. However, our room was kind of falling apart, AC didn't work, window blinds didn't work, shower took forever to get hot and then if too hot forever to adjust temp. It did look like they might be in process of revamping so may get better. Gym was kind of a joke, had a peloton but the seat adjustment handle was broke off. stretching space in the loft but very hot, no weights. Pool as also very small and awkward.

Two night stay. First room had a serious leak in the ceiling. Second room had mold in the shower. Staff did not handle things very well. Never again.

We were not notified the hotel was under remodeling, due to this the hotel turned off water from 9am to 4pm which was very inconvenient.
