'Our trip to Cusco ended up getting extended due to a hospitalization for me. The staff was so kind to my daughter while my husband spent the night with me in the hospital. They extended our stay and were so accommodating in the restaurant based on what I could eat. They gave us extremely late checkout so that I could continue to rest until we have to be at the airport. In addition to that, the hotel was beautiful, the rooms were clean, and the views were spectacular.'

'El hotel cumple con sus funciones, sin embargo es complicado el tema de la regadera, considero es un punto que pueden mejorar.
El hotel no está alejado del centro pero está en una zona no tan cómoda de llegar, ni siquiera los autos tienen accedió tan fácil.

'I switched to this hotel after staying in a relatively cheaper place for a while. It made such a big difference!
I interacted with 3 male receptionists and they were all very friendly and kind. They helped with laundry, provided good breakfast and positively contributed to my amazing vacation.
It is a walking distance from the city center. Don't let the stairs discourage you, because the hotel has a nice city view at the terrace :)'

'The Mamasara staff was amazing and attentive. Unfortunately the area across the street is a little run down. Although breakfast is included, there is no option to eat lunch or dinner in the hotel.
