Casa Blanca B2 is part of a 4 unit building. Every unit has a separate and private entrance and patio. Rent just one or if you need a bigger space, rent them all together!

The unit comes with a designated parking space. The spot is compact, so larger vehicles may require extra care. Free street parking is nearby.

Great location in Montecito near the beach, Rosewood Miramar Hotel as well as shopping, restaurants, wine tasting and hiking trails.

There are other units close by, even though your unit is completely private we ask you to respect the privacy of other renters.

Unfortunately Verizon cell service is spotty, however there is high speed internet to connect to.
We’re happy to welcome your furry friends! However, to ensure the comfort and cleanliness of the property, pets are not allowed on indoor or outdoor furniture at any time. Any damage or stains caused by pets will result in charges for replacement or repairs. Additionally, pets may not be left unattended in the unit at any time during your stay. Thank you for your understanding!

Please note we charge $150 pet fee, and guests can only bring up to 1 pet to the property.
