The
house is introduced by a small gate that opens into the garden with
swimming pool and the two entrances to Dimora Blu, a refined and luxury
holiday home in a quiet town of Salento, 5 minutes` drive away from the
sea.
The rooms, under star-vaulted ceilings, are spacious and
bright. A corridor divides the living room from the sleeping area of
Dimora Blu. The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, one of which with access to the garden with swimming pool.
The living room is bright thanks to the big glass doors overlooking the garden and it consists of a sitting room with tv and a kitchen. From the kitchen, you have access to the yard with citrus trees. Moreover, there is a beautiful covered porch with outdoor dinig area.
The swimming pool (3m x 10m) is surrounded by beach beds, citrus and fruit trees.

The sea, the caves, the beaches establishments of the beautiful seaside
location known for its sulfurous and healthy water is 4 kilometers
away.
Moreover, the holiday home is close to the worth-visiting
Castro and Otranto, among the most beautiful towns in Salento, on the
coast, with its history and charm, in addition to shops and restaurants.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Optional change upon request at euro 20 per person.
- Pool available from June to September .
- Extra cleaning fee for pets euro 50 to pay upon arrival.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- Air conditioning in the living room and in the bedrooms.
