'Top notch! I'm a 71-yr-old female solo traveler, and this place is perfectly located, extremely clean, serves very good breakfast 'til noon, good dinner 'til 9pm, and staff is attentive and helpful. I totally enjoyed the walking tour, the graffiti tour and the food tour; I learned a lot! The sleeping area is well separated from the lobby and socializing areas, and is REALLY quiet. During my four-day stay, I never had to wait for a toilet or a sink or a shower, in the area where those amenities...

'We hebben een prima verblijf gehad van 3 nachten. De kamer was prima, uitzicht geweldig op de Monseratte. Eerste dag was de kamer om 16.00 uur nog niet schoongemaakt, we moesten er om vragen. Konden daarom niet rusten na lange wandeling. Dame bij de receptie heel aardig en behulpzaam. Hotel heeft goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding. '

'If you are looking for a very affordable hotel this is it. If you get a room downstairs it may be a little noisy in the AM after 8 as it is an older place and the walls are thin and the doors made of stained glass. No joke but very safe and secure. Just a few minute walk to Bolivar Square and Botero museums. We adored this hotel. '

Has own bar and restaurant. Free drinking water. Bathroom included toiletries Great staff and security. Good size lockers. FYIs Room not soundproofed so light sleepers be prepared. The area felt safe in the day but it's still Bogotá so I was warned about being out too late at night. '

'Local staff were very helpful and friendly. Free bike to borrow on Sunday to take part in the cicolovia. Nice, varied (though a little small in terms of portion size) breakfasts, and being able to eat on the rooftop patio was a bonus. There was a live DJ on Friday, which was cool. Beers were cheap. Cool design to the building. I was in a private single room and it met all of my needs for a good price. Great location - easy to walk places and taxis pass by right in front. I would definitely stay...

'A beautiful house in the heart of la Candelaria. The lady attending us was very kind and helpful. The only thing is their check-in time is 4-5pm. Otehrwise you need to get in touch with the host. They charge 15000 COP for late check-in. But it's still great value for the price. I recommend it! :) '

Mijn kamer was wel klein voor een noorderling, maar er bestaan ook (iets) grotere kamers. Personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en kent je meteen. Buurt is overdag erg plezierig.
