Perfect family rental in safe and quiet neighborhood
We stayed for a few days prior to thanksgiving to watch the niners game. The house was just what we needed for the stay. The beds are very comfortable and we all slept well!

Cozy and clean
This was one of the best and most comfortable rentals I’ve stayed in. It was a perfect location and quiet neighborhood. The house was very clean and comfortable and was fully stocked with pretty much anything you would need. I will definitely be staying here again my next trip.

Ewwww…DIRTY FILTHY HOME
Dirty, Filthy Home. Only thing going for is it’s location. I’ve stayed in many VRBO’s but this property was the most disgusting home I’ve ever stayed in. Desperately needs a whole house deep clean! Black mold in shower, tub, bath mat. Bathroom flooring gross. Carpeting, flooring needs to be thrown out. Barely functioning original shower fixtures, loose tiles taped up, questionable electrical and plumbing for appliances. Bedding, linens need to be thrown away and replaced. I would not recommend this property. Major renovations need to take place.

Perfect stay in San Jose
We stayed 3 nights for my daughter's graduation at Santa Clara and it was the perfect location and the perfect house. We loved the backyard that is set up for outdoor dining and the inside was comfortable and clean. The kitchen has everything you need. The house was exactly what we needed!

Family visit
The whole family of 5 came to visit grandparents in the area and stayed at this lovely house. Just as described in the listing. Plenty of space, well equipped kitchen, games, movies, nice outdoor areas in the yard. Perfect location for our visit as well. We would highly recommend.

The owners must have a label maker!
Well organized and accurate to the description and photos. The property is located in a quiet neighborhood, and we were able to let our dog enjoy the backyard and also many walks along the sidewalks leashed in the neighborhood. The labels for outlets/switches/faucets etc were helpful and made us feel right at home. We have family in the area and would definitely stay again in the future.

Great location for visiting Silicon Valley
The house was very clean and the location is great for visiting Silicon Valley. The property manager was responsive when we reported an issue with the toilets blocking and promptly sent a plumber out to the house. Overall we had a good experience staying at this property.

Good Stay
Nice three bedroom home with conmfortable outdoor space. Appreciated having two phone numbers to call as options for communicating with host. Was worried whether the small Weber gas barbeque was going to grill well but it did a great job. Washer, dryer, garage, and two full bathrooms were also nice to have. Grocery store Safeweay is half a mile away and Costco is a couple of miles away. There is quite a bit of lawnmower / leaf blower action in the neighborhood during the daytime but it was quiet at night. We enjoyed our stay.

Convenient for Santa Clara graduation
Very well equipped kitchen and nice deck in the backyard for meals and morning coffee. We couldn’t get the BBQ to work, but other than that it was a great stay for our family to see our son graduate from Santa Clara.

This is the second time we've stayed at this lovely property and will now be our Santa Clara based home when we come to visit. Very well equipped, no issues at all and perfect for our family. Just love this house!
We've staying at this house 3 times now since November. Each time the house has been very clean, well stocked and easy to settle into. The beds are very comfortable, the bathrooms are small but definitely adequate and there is plenty of table space in the dining area. While the house isn't on the new side, or very fancy, it is comfortable and safe with easy access to freeways and close to a few good parks that attract lots of kids. We will stay here again for sure.

Santa Clara pet friendly house
This is small, older home in Santa Clara that is easy to get to and close to parks, shopping and freeways. It was clean and beds were comfortable. Access is with keys which is kind of a pain with a group of adults. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, cookware and serveware. The dishwasher works but hardly holds any silverware. There are lots of cutting boards. There is one huge one which we used to cover the sink in the garage. The washing machine drains into this sink and overflows onto the floor. The thermostat was flashing "replace batteries" when we arrived and midway through our stay the batteries died so the heater didn't work. I raided my make up mirror to replace the batteries in the middle of the night so we could have heat. There are lots of tables so we had places to eat, play games and set up laptops. There were two bags of trash on the driveway when we arrived. I went through them (Yuck) and got a lot of it in the recycle bin but also discovered that the very small trash can has an insert so that it only holds half of the capacity you would expect. My 85 year old mother has the same size trash can without the insert so we ended up taking our trash to her house. When the trash got picked up we put the previous occupants' trash in the half size can and it was full again. Strongly recommend that gets fixed as there is no chance a family staying for any amount of time won't have to leave trash behind that won't fit in the bin. The yard was great for the dog and despite backing on to a main street it was surprisingly quiet.

Very clean house, home was as advertised. Down side - a bit noisy outside, can't park in the garage and living room and dining room furniture wasn't very comfortable. Plus side - VERY clean and beds were really comfortable.

Good location to airport
The kitchen was well supplied. The beds comfortable, walked to grocery and the RC Church. Lovely deck to eat out. No central air but bedrooms had ceiling fans and there is a stand alone AC unit near kitchen.

Very clean inside-only exception, they had not cleaned up the cigarette butts outside but inside was clean. We had a swim meet about half a mile away so worked out great. Not a lot of extras like I have had in other VRBOs but the price was right. I would stay there again

Ideal for Families
We used to live in the Sunnyvale/Santa Clara area and this home was the perfect place to base our return visit! It sleeps many, has home-like amenities, was very clean, and ideally located for visiting with our local loved ones. Great food, parks, walks, hikes - all close by. Stan's Donuts, The Counter, The Halford, Golfland in Sunnyvale, and more.

Beautiful and just what we needed
My husband was staying in the Kaiser hospital up the street. The location of this house was perfect, and it had enough room for everyone, including our dogs! The light in the dining room was out, but other than that, it was a wonderful place to stay.
