This spacious 200 m² 4-bedroom house in Madeira is the perfect retreat for families and friends looking to relax and unwind. The two-story layout offers plenty of space for everyone to spread out and enjoy their time together.

On the ground floor, you'll find a living room with comfortable sofas, a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows and a dining table. The fully equipped kitchen, with an open layout, includes essential cookware and cutlery such as a stove, oven, and microwave, allowing you to prepare delicious meals. Additionally, there is an ensuite bedroom and a bathroom on this floor for added convenience.

For your ease, the property features a dishwasher to make post-meal cleanup a breeze, as well as a washing machine, dryer, drying rack, and ironing equipment to meet all your laundry needs.

Upstairs, you'll find three more bedrooms, one of which has an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet, as well as another shared bathroom. The balcony offers a seating area with stunning sea views, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or evening cocktail.

All four bedrooms feature queen beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens for maximum comfort.

The four bathrooms are fully stocked with necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

Additionally, the property offers private parking, making it convenient for guests travelling with their vehicles.

The house is always professionally cleaned to ensure your comfort.

Caniço is a coastal town on the Portuguese island of Madeira. The sprawling Quinta Splendida Botanical Garden has hundreds of different plant species.

A towering statue of Christ the King stands atop Cristo Rei Viewpoint, which offers sweeping ocean views. The Garajau Cable Car descends to a beach at the base of the cliff. Offshore, the clear waters of the Garajau Parcial Nature Reserve have manta rays and groupers.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The nearest bus stop, Est. Aeroporto / Figueirinhas, is just a 3-minutes walk.

Madeira Airport is a 14-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
