Een elegant verblijf wacht op u in de NIEUWE Santa Cruz Ranch Vacation Suite op mijn 86 Acre Private Gated Ranch boven UCSC. Slechts 10 minuten naar het strand
Deze prachtige eigen ingang op de benedenverdieping van de Ranch Home beschikt over een grote suite met een op maat gemaakt queensize logbed en meubilair plus een 10 ft koffiebar met magnetron, bakplaat en handgemaakte kasten, waaronder een kast voor uw kleding.
In de suite vindt u een nieuwe GE wasmachine en droger voor uw gebruik tijdens uw verblijf.
Blijf verbonden met een gratis draadloze internetverbinding en satelliet flatscreen-tv.
Gebruik uw mobiele telefoon door verbinding te maken via draadloze verbindingen ... (Pls doe je connectie huiswerk.)
Een elegante badkamer met handgemaakte kasten, een grote douche en een nieuwe Kohler-troon is van jou om te genieten.
Wakker worden en een verse pot koffie bereiden om te genieten op het BBQ-bankje met uitzicht op de Redwood Valley terwijl je de schone oceaan en berglucht inademt met uitzicht op mijn persoonlijke paarden in de arena. (Caffe en Decaf bieden w / cream & light ontbijtsnacks Juice, Water & traktaties)
2 hangmatten onder de sequoia-bomen, het is geweldig om een dutje te doen of te ontspannen met het lezen van je favoriete boek.
Controleer uw paarden grazen in de Private Guest Pasture en geniet van het uitzicht op de oceaan paden en Ridge Trail met uitzicht op mijn vallei van Redwood Trees, w / het hele jaar door Kreken op Beautiful Private Trails die leiden tot 5 hectare van de oude groei Redwood Trees.
als je een gevorderde ruiter of mountainbiker bent, kun je genieten van de duizenden hectares paden die uitkijken op Monterey Bay in Wilder Ranch, of plan je een zeer agressieve rit door Wilder Ranch in UCSC, door Pogonip Park en in Henry Cowell State Park naar de stad Felton om een heerlijke maaltijd te eten in het Cowboy Restaurant in Felton, maar onthoud dat je nog steeds terug moet rijden. :-)

Perfection

My son and I stayed at David’s ranch. It was a perfect location for taking in the abundance of natural beauty and served as the perfect home base for our Santa Cruz exploration. David was kind and enthusiastic about sharing lots of his favorite spots in the area. My 10 yo son fell in love with David’s horses and said hello to them first thing each morning. We would definitely return!

Good vibes

David was a wonderful host and his property was even more beautiful than the photos showed. We particularly enjoyed saying hello to the horses and meeting David's super helpful caretaker, Jeff :) Only complaint was internet for working remotely- had trouble getting and keeping a reliable connection, even though I called ahead about it. This cost us a day of work and we had to go to the Santa Cruz Marriott in order to have WiFi. But ultimately David did his best to help and and it worked much better the second day. As long as you are not trying to work remotely, I highly recommend this stay!

Relaxing and beautiful!

David is a wonderful host. Warm, kind and knowledgeable of many things from places to eat, to the history of the area and of course, horses! He has two beautiful horses, Rico and Fosse. We got to feed them carrots and you can see them from the suite. We walked around the grounds and star gazed our second night. It was quiet, clean, comfortable and just all around amazing. If you want to get away from the current state of our world, David's place feels miles, if not worlds away from it all!

Great ranch for active travelers

This is a remote ranch located in the beautiful Santa Cruz hills. It is a great location for a couple looking to hike and explore the large property. There are two curious and beautiful horses staying across the driveway from the room. David is a warm and friendly host that worked hard to make our stay enjoyable. When he knew that he wouldn’t have a lawn area available, he contacted us in case we wanted to reschedule - and offered a free bottle of wine and even an extra night if we wanted it. As my husband is disabled, we couldn’t take full advantage of his many acres of land. However, we enjoyed the quiet location for a getaway from city life.

Beautiful Property

The studio was perfectly equipped for our weekend, and was close to town for dining, shopping and also the beach. David was such a friendly host. We highly recommend this studio for peace and quiet with easy access to conveniences nearby.

Mountain serenity

As advertised, David's place offers easy access to numerous hiking and biking trails. The space is comfortable and functional, with the added benefit of Rico and Fosse's energy from the nearby corral. Local towns, not previously on our radar, came into focus as this mountain getaway provided an excellent "basecamp" for exploration. We recommend Felton and Davenport Landing for your dining pleasure.

Wonderful Stay and Excellent Property Manager

We wanted to celebrate our wedding anniversary by having a relaxing weekend with our horses. This place was perfect! The accommodations were very comfortable, clean and included lots of extras goodies in the kitchen and refrigerator that were very much appreciated! The property manager, David, was excellent and exceeded all of our expectations. He started by providing lots of correspondence to answer our questions and provide extra details before our trip. Then when we got there, he made sure that we had everything we needed and more. We will definitely be back!

The drive up through the mountain is beautiful. The accommodations were perfect for my husband and I. We were in town for the US open at Pebble beach but wanted to stay a little away from all the crazy, crowded hotels. It was very peaceful, comfortable and had everything we needed. The owner was super friendly and had some wonderful suggestions on places to eat. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get away.

Beautiful, scenic, peaceful. All the components for a great stay, and then some. Despite record temps, we stayed cool and comfy on the ranch. David was an excellent and gracious host, with unlimited ideas for local wine tasting and good eats.

Beautiful piece of property, redwood vista's to the sea. Spectacular. Feels like your in the middle of nowhere and only 15 minutes drive to town. The unit was comfortable and warm on the cool spring nights we were there.

I spent two weeks at the ranch and felt right at home. David was also very helpful and warm. He is very knowledgeable on the surrounding area and gave me lots of ideas for spending my time and good places to eat.
