U bent slechts een minuut of twee lopen van het Santa Cruz Main Beach, Wharf en Boardwalk. Surf op Cowells of geniet gewoon van de zon en plezier. We hebben boogieplanken en een aantal wetsuits die je kunt gebruiken en er zijn boeken en spelletjes voor de familie.

Ongeveer 1900 vierkante meter aan ruimte. Meerdere handgeblazen originele glazen erkers, zeer helder en vrolijk. Mooie hardhouten vloeren. Mooie sierdetails, deuren, originele hardware, geweldige kroonluchters, fantastisch terras etc. Zie het op de cover van "The Sidewalk Companion to Santa Cruz Architecture" in de boekensectie van de MAH (The Museum of Art & History).

Dit is een zeldzame kans om te verblijven in een van de oudste en best bewaarde huizen / bezienswaardigheden in Santa Cruz. De ingewikkelde buitenkant is zwaar versierd met gemberbrood en is gedetailleerd met 6 kleuren.

De ruimte heeft een grote woonkamer met een bank, stoelen met vleugel achteraan en een 60 "4K gebogen flatscreen-tv met kabel en DVR. De eetkamer heeft een grote eettafel met zes stoelen. De ruime keuken heeft vuilophaal, gasfornuis, vaatwasser en nieuwere koelkast. Een slaapkamer heeft een prachtig queensize hemelbed met een 37 "flatscreen-tv, de tweede slaapkamer mooie antieke slaapkamer met een tweepersoonsbed en 55" flatscreen-tv met DVR, de derde een queensize Murphy-bed en de vierde slaapkamer een opmerkelijk full-size Murphy-bed dat verandert in een bureau. Een van de badkamers heeft een clawfoot bad met voetstuk wastafel, de tweede badkamer is een Jack en Jill naar twee van de slaapkamers en heeft een douche. Beide zijn mooi gerenoveerd.

Er is een ruime wasruimte met nieuwere wasmachine en droger en wastafel. De wasruimte is beneden en wordt gedeeld met de onderste eenheid van deze duplex.

De woning is ideaal gelegen op de top van Beach Hill, met een zeer korte wandeling (2-3 minuten) naar het strand / werf of ongeveer tien minuten naar het centrum. Leuke achtertuin en een klein achterdek.

Tandem parkeren voor maximaal twee grote auto's op oprit + 1 parkeervergunning voor straat.

Sorry, maar we staan absoluut geen huisdieren toe of roken op het terrein (binnen of buiten).

Wedding weekend in Santa Cruz, CA

My family traveled to Santa Cruz from out of state for my son's wedding. Six of us stayed in the Victorian, although it is advertised for 8 people and can truly comfortably accommodate that full number. The house was emaculate, but more importantly all of the beds and seating were comfortable and truly felt like someone's home and not an staged property. We had an issue with a bathroom sink that we could ot figure out how to work the drain and the host sent someone over within an hour to fix the issue. Check in and out were clear and easy. And it really is a 3-5 minute walk to the wharf (shops/restaurats). We would recommend this property and most certainly stay there again.

Beautiful home; great location

We stayed for two nights and really enjoyed our stay. The home has a lot of character and a well-stocked kitchen if you're planning to cook. It's also close to the boardwalk.I'd definitely book here again.

Beautiful, comfortable property in amazing location

We stayed over Labor Day long weekend with 4 adults and 4 children total (ages 2-5). The property was absolutely beautiful. As my 5 year old asked upon first seeing it "Why is this place so fancy?". 😁 Apparently Victorian mansions are also conducive to toddler sleep because both 2 year olds slept in until 8AM both days, gifting their parents with a heretofore unprecedented 9.5 hours of sleep. We were a 8 minute walk to the main beach, even at small child speeds, making beach trips easy and frequent. All rooms were comfortable (see toddler sleep above) and the kitchen was large enough for eating breakfasts and cooking dinners. The hosts were incredibly kind, letting us get into the property early and also letting us stay later as we dealt with a dead car battery the morning of our checkout. Full stars and thank you again for hosting us in such a perfect and special place!

Great house close to wharf and boardwalk

Wonderful house with modern amenities close to boardwalk and restaurants of the wharf. Great communication with owner. Ants present in the kitchen, but the property owner seemed to be right on top of the issue. So I only write this in case it continues in future write-ups as a warning, but I doubt that will be the case, based on the timely responsiveness of the owner. Overall wonderful stay and therefore 5-star rating.

First, the listing pictures do not do this gem of a property justice! Just gorgeous! Second, this was one of the most well equipped rentals I've ever stayed it. It has everything you need Third, location!!! So close to the beach and w parking. What a perfect spot for a family vacation. Lately, Nicole, the host, is super responsive and accommodating. Our multi/generation family stayed for UCSCand Father's day weekend and enjoyed every minute.

Santa Cruz Victorian

In a word, wonderful. The house is spectacular, if you have an appreciation for craftsmanship, beautiful casework, and a Victorian with incredible charm, this is a place to visit. Walking distance to the beach, and outfitted beach chairs and Boogie Boards it’s a great location for anyone wishing for a true Santa Cruz experience. Communication prior to and during our stay was great, and the house was very well appointed. As we were celebrating our daughters wedding the weekend of our stay, it was a fabulous place to call home for the long celebratory weekend. Highly recommended destination, and a wonderful host.

Could not have been better!

This was one of the most beautiful houses I have ever rented. It was even more beautiful in person than in the pictures. It was decorated in the height of Victorian fashion and I felt transported in time! The rooms are all very comfortable and worked fine for my group of 7 middle-aged folks. The kitchen had all the gear we needed and then some! The location cannot be beat! Five minutes down hill to the beach, the Boardwalk, and the municipal wharf. Ten to fifteen minutes down hill in the other direction and we were in downtown Santa Cruz. This was my best ever birthday house. Thank you to Nicole for being so kind and responsive.
