The apartment features one bedroom with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The bathroom includes a bathtub, and the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to prepare meals at home: fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, hob, cutlery, plates, and cooking utensils. A washing machine and a hairdryer are also available for your convenience.



Guests can enjoy a Smart TV with box, as well as a baby cot and high chair for those traveling with young children. Bed linen and towels are included. A private parking spot is available in the building's garage.



There is a balcony with a partial view of the ocean, offering a place to relax outdoors. While the apartment is located in a residential area, bus stops are available nearby.



This is a non-smoking property indoors and provides a practical and comfortable place to enjoy Madeira throughout the year.



Check-in is available from 16:00 until 05:00 the next morning.



The City Hall charges a local Tourist Tax per guest per night. The charge amounts:



- 2EUR per night;

- This rate applies up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights and does not apply to guests that are under 13 years old.

- This charge must be paid directly to us so we can deliver it to the City Hall.
