Once we were there she offered to arrange tours, suggest dining places and made reservations for us. She did everything she could to make our stay easy and enjoyable. On one of the tours she was our guide. That was so helpful.'

'It can be a little intimidating coming to a new country so it was a relief that our hosts were bilingual and extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of our questions. We were in the Galápagos for 10 days and had done no pre planning. No worries there because Donna got right to work setting up wonderful excursions to remote islands and even had snorkeling gear to lone to us.
