This single-story house sleeps four guests in two bedrooms.

The primary suite has a queen bed, a sitting area with a flat-screen TV, and a freestanding gas-burning stove. Sip morning coffee on the partially covered patio, surrounded by a stone wall for extra privacy. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The second suite has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and direct patio access. A wall-mounted space heater keeps things toasty on chilly nights. The en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Enjoy a cookout on the fenced patio off the second bedroom. Fire up the gas grill and dine alfresco at the table for four.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer are provided. Driveway parking is available for two cars (parked in tandem).

There is a high-powered air-conditioning unit in the primary bedroom and just off the second bedroom.

There are two gas stoves in the home; the decorative kiva fireplace in the living room is not operational.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
