Wij nodigen u uit om de ervaring van de 'City Different' toe te voegen door te kiezen voor deze authentieke adobe casita. Onze afgelegen prive compound ligt in het hart van de historische wijk van Santa Fe. Geniet van de briljante azuurblauwe hemel en voel de inspirerende ziel van de stad als je loopt, letterlijk op slechts enkele minuten, naar de legendarische plein of nieuwe spooremplacement district. Gebouwd in de jaren 1940 met behulp van traditionele Adobe-methoden, en bijgewerkt met alle moderne voorzieningen. Deze 950 vierkante voet casita heeft twee slaapkamers, twee badkamers, casita heeft een queensize slaapbank en een extra gast of twee. Beide slaapkamers ook voorzien van queen size bedden. De keuken en woonkamer spill in elkaar te zorgen voor een perfecte ontmoetingsplaats voor familie en vrienden! De grote veranda en patio maken voor prachtige plek om te genieten van onze aangename Santa Fe berg weer. Met gratis parkeergelegenheid kunt u gewoon uw auto parkeren en lopen naar het plein in minuten of om het merk nieuwe Railyard. Je bent al het leven van de Santa Fe life style!

Voorzieningen: Authentiek Kiva Haard, Airconditioning, TV, DVD, volledige keuken, magnetron, Compactor, afwasmachine, koelkast, ijsblokjesmachine, keukengerei voorzien. Linens verstrekt, wasmachine, droger, inclusief high speed wireless internet, niet roken in Casita. Deze casita is niet huisdier vriendelijk, maar we hebben een aantal anderen die zijn!

U heeft gemakkelijk toegang tot de Art Galleries van Canyon Road, de Santa Fe Ski Basin, Santa Fe Opera, de Rail Yard en Taos Pueblo.

These Casa's were built in the 50's I believe so don't expect a hotel like room. What you can expect is a quiet place with freedom to move about, a great location within walking distance to most everything you are looking to do in Santa Fe. 4 Adults stayed comfortably in the Casa and the outdoor space is a nice plus for visiting and enjoying the Santa Fe weather in September. Would certainly book this stay again.

The Casita was very cute. The kitchen is well stocked. There are plenty of towels and linens. The beds are comfortable, although the sleeper sofa is somewhat less so. The Casita is small. There were 3 of us and it would be a bit tight to have a larger group. It was great to have two bathrooms. Note that the second bathroom is very small, with a very small shower. It's a short walk to the plaza, and the area is quiet. Overall, a good place to stay.

Excellent location, cute, local feel

You could not ask for a better location. We didn't have a car and walked everywhere or took UBER - which was very convenient. The casita is far enough from the center of town that it does NOT feel touristy at all but it really took only 5-8 min to walk to most places. There was more than enough space for 4 adults and with 2 baths, it felt like 2 suites. We walked to the store to get food and made our breakfast at the casita each morning which, as someone with food allergies, is a wonderful option! My only complaints were that I could not sleep with the windows open (as they opened onto a back alley) to take advantage of the lovely cool night air (would be good if there was a lock so you could open them a bit without worrying someone could open and climb in) and that the key lock at the door was quite difficult to work (the instructions were for a different lock and this one should just be replaced or maybe use a smaller keychain). Neither of these are deal breakers (there were ceiling fans throughout to cool the place) and I would recommend the place without hesitation!

Supreme Santa Fe Casita

An absolutely darling Casita located right in the center of the Santa Fe Plaza. Quaint, comfortable and just the GREATEST locatin. Walking to all shops and reataruants. Clean, very well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable beds and plenty of HOT water. Mary Ann went above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. Mary Ann even contacted us prior our arrival to make sure we had dirctions and to let us know we could check in early. The Casita was the icing on the cake to make our stay in Santa Fe perfect. We would stay here in a heartbeat.

Cozy and convenient

The casita was well equipped and very convenient for walking into town, as well as driving to sites a bit farther afield. Our only caveats concern the mattress, which was too soft and the toilets that were too low. However, if you are not seniors like us, these probably aren't a problem.

Fantastic stay in Casita H! Definitely home away from home and we wanted to stay longer. Everything we needed was provided and the space was perfect for a small 3 generation family vacation. Parking right in front of the unit was very convenient and the location was walkable to everything in the downtown area; short drive to museum hill. Quaint, but Cramped

This cute little gem is within moderate walking distance to the plaza, but the sidewalks are narrow and broken in places (not the property manager's responsibility BTW). Casita H is a cute but older property with wood floors and plenty of furniture (an added blanket chest and chair in the living area are not pictured). Be cautious if you have mobility issues (uneven floors and narrow areas to walk around furniture, and the parking area is pea gravel).

Adorable and a great location!

We absolutely loved this spot. It was perfect for our family of 4. The only complaint is the condition of the pans to cook with. Scratched up teflon is not the best, but other than that, it's a win if you're looking for something that feels like Santa Fe and is close to shops and restaurants!

Great location, cozy & comfortable

We spent 2 weeks in Casita H. It was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location could not be better. Off street parking, could walk to the Plaza, shops, restaurants, farmer’s market, etc. But also only a couple of blocks from the main road to get to cultural, historical and outdoor activities outside of Santa Fe. Would definitely stay again.

Awesome location! The Plaza is just down the street. Parking awesome. Casita was great for 4 adults. Might be a bit crowded if the other 2 girls would have come. Other than the refrigerator not having ice or water everything was great. Would definitely stay again or at any of Mary Ann's properties. She is awesome to work with!! Great trip!!!

Santa Fe cozy casita

When we booked this casita, we didn't realize how centralized it was in relationship to museums, restaurants and stores. It was perfect for us since we didn't have a car at our disposal. (Lyft and Uber service are also readily available, especially for rides to and from the airport, and/or to Museum Hill) We enjoyed the walks (we are both over 70 years old) and we enjoyed returning to our unique & cozy rental to play cards in the evening. We certainly would like to return at another time.
