Lovely modern condo. Close to a lot
Very clean, modern, well appointed unit with dedicated parking. Short drive to all the Santa Fe things to see.

Overclean
As soon as we opened the door to this condo we were hit with an overwhelming smell of disinfectant. I understand that people want to signal a property is clean but this was beyond anything reasonable. We had to open up all the doors and windows to air the place out in order to stay there. The bedroom (much less airflow) still smelled strongly of disinfectant hours later. I slept extremely badly as a result and woke with a bad headache. On top of this all the towels and sheets were equally heavily doused with very strong smelling fabric softener. If you have anyone in your party with any degree of sensitivity to chemicals and perfumes I would be sure to contact the property manager BEFORE your stay and make sure they can modify their approach to "cleaning".

Would stay again!
The property was so clean and enjoyed our stay there. They thought of everything! There were snacks in the freezer, coffee pot for reg and Keurig (there were pods and creamer). We brought our small dog and the grassy area was closest to the unit!! Great for us. We would stay with this owner again!!!!!!

Super inviting and comfortable!
We thoroughly enjoyed visiting the sites in Santa Fe using Cafe Nirvana as a home base. We found that it was charming, comfortable, clean, cozy, convenient, and quiet! Towels and bedding were great. We enjoyed that it was walking distance to Clafoutes, a yummy breakfast/ lunch cafe.

Cute, comfortable, clean, quiet and close to the Plaza and so many great restaurants. Be sure to check out Clafoutis bakery counter and Maria’s New Mexican Kitchen - both within walkable distances. Fast response from host Mark about laundry access - so conveniently located just up steps and around corner from unit. Most delightfully homey stay on our February trip to NM.

Just What I Needed
This quiet property has a very convenient location and was 3 minutes to a couple of my fave restaurants, LA Choza, and Clafoutis, plus, there'This quiet property has a very convenient location and was 3 minutes to a couple of my fave restaurants, LA Choza, and Clafoutis, plus, a drive-thru Starbucks. They thoughtfully left a couple of pizzas in the freezer, which I appreciated after driving 11 hours the day of arrival. The place is very cute and well appointed. It's nice and clean, the bed and pillows are comfy, and the bathroom has a good size shower. Parking was convenient. The TV was already set up for Netflix, so I didn't have to enter my own info to open my account. They left extra linens, which shows they are well versed in hosting. I have nothing negative to say, as I think this is a fabulous rental. I'd stay there again!

A perfect mom/daughter trip!
My one year old and I went to Santa Fe to visit a friend of ours and this property was fantastic! Plenty of room. Quite clean, and comfortable, and all the extra details were perfect! The bed was comfortable and we got a full nights sleep every night! There was grocery and everything else you could need across the street so we made a stop there to stock up on some snacks/items for the baby before we checked in. I got a hair confused at check-in (I had a 14-hour travel day with an infant so you can imagine my confusion!!) The directions were crystal clear- it was just me that was confused. Ha. But, when I had to call the property manager late at night, she was happy to help! I can't think of anything that would have made my stay better! Thank you for hosting, and I do plan to go back and will look into this rental again!

Perfect
I stayed here for a week with my son and husband while my husband attended a workshop. It was a perfect location for the 3 of us. 8 minutes from pretty much everything. The apartment had everything we needed. All the neighbors were very nice too. I would recommend this place for anyone going to visit Santa Fe.

Great Location To Explore Santa Fe!
The property was clean and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The location of the place was great for walking to restaurants and antique shops. A walk to La Choza is a must. They hands down had the best New Mexican Food! Another nice walk is to Maria's. This walk is great in the evenings if you want to sip some yummy margaritas (I think there were at least 100 to choose from). Easy drive to many other areas around town. We will stay here again when we return. Thanks!

Comfy and Quiet
This little apartment really fit the bill for our weekend stay in Santa Fe. It was exceptionally clean and bright, in a quiet / safe neighborhood, and had everything we needed. Having a designated parking place was a plus. The bed was very comfortable. The bath had a great shower and nice thick towels. It was close to the things we wanted to do (Plaza, Santa Fe Cooking School Class, Railyard). We enjoyed the nearby Marquez Deli so much, that we ate there three times. If we are ever in Santa Fe again, we will seriously consider staying here again. Thanks for making it a pleasant stay.

We couldn't have picked a better place to stay to visit Santa Fe! Loved the kitchen and bbq and the colorful decor. Quite complex, friendly neighbors, laundry steps away, Trader Joes nearby. Loved being able to walk everywhere!

Perfect getaway
My husband and I had the perfect getaway, we needed a property that was handicapped accessible, and I was very impressed that it met every expectation. Everything was perfect for both his wheelchair and walker, and me!! We had an issue with the cable, and Mark the property manager came over and got on the phone with Xfinity and got it fixed right away. This unit is the perfect size for just 2 people, handicapped or not. We are planning on coming to Santa Fe again next year, and hope to stay in this unit. It truly was perfect, and very clean!! Sue

Nice stay!
This is an exceptionally clean rental. Everything in this very comfortable home - from the lovely decor to the luxurious bedding and thick towels, to the touchless trash can to the hefty flatware to the thoughtful little extras - is high quality. In addition, the superb picture on the large tv and the pizzas in the freezer are an unexpected bonus. Highly recommended!

Wonderful Place!
This will be the place we stay whenever we return to Santa Fe. The location was perfect and the condo was very clean and had everything we need even some extras to make you feel at home. We had a question and the response was immediate. Can not recommend this property enough.

Comfortable get away and stay
Great spot for exploring Site Santa Fe, Railyard, and a walk downtown. Very near Grocery stores and some good restaurants. The place itself was very clean and comfy. The neighbors were kind and the laundry room right next to the condo. The only disappointment was the WiFi, which made working difficult. However, it didn’t affect the Roku streaming. I requested an early check-in, which went unanswered by Evolve, the management group, but the direct contacts I was given were accommodating and very helpful. Overall, a very nice and quiet stay.

Close to Everything
We had the best of times at this apartment in Santa Fe. It is at the perfect location. We got to walk to the farmers market, the plaza, and to a variety of restaurants. We also drove to Chimayo, Taos, and to the forest for a nice hike. weather was absolutely gorgeous.
