Designer 4BD / 3BA + Spa in het historische centrum

We kijken ernaar uit u te verwelkomen in The Santa Fe House, op slechts een korte, schilderachtige wandeling van de Plaza, in een van de meest gewilde wijken van Santa Fe. Ons huis met 4 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers beschikt over 2 master suites, een gastronomische keuken met twee eetgedeeltes, een rustige tuin in de achtertuin met bubbelbad, evenals een BBQ en een eetruimte buiten. Met doordachte, designeraccenten en gemakkelijke toegang tot de 10.000 Waves Spa en het Santa Fe-skigebied, denken we dat je van ons huis zult houden.

U zult genieten van een moderne draai van de Santa Fe-charme met nieuw meubilair, zacht linnengoed van Parachute, prachtige Pendleton-wollen dekens, muren met diamanten pleisterwerk, houten vloeren en hoogwaardige afwerking en apparatuur. Geniet van de hot tub en geniet van de Santa Fe-luchten, of relax in de zachte woonkamer terwijl je een film kijkt op de 65-inch tv of naar je favoriete muziek luistert terwijl je geniet van de aangepaste muurschildering van kunstenaar Tom Jean Webb.

De master op het tweede niveau beschikt over een prachtig terras met uitzicht op de zonsondergang, een zithoek, een bureau / werkplek en een dubbele wastafel met groot ligbad en een zelfstandige douche. De master-suite beneden beschikt over 2 queensize bedden, een 65-inch tv met Nintendo-spelconsole, ligbad en douche, en de hoofdverdieping beschikt over 2 slaapkamers met elk een kingsize bed en een gedeelde badkamer.

Het Santa Fe House is overal uitgerust met SONOS-luidsprekers, een eigen Spotify-account voor een onbeperkte muziekbibliotheek, 2-65 inch tv's met Netflix, een Nintendo-console voor de kinderen in de kelder master suite en een gloednieuwe 6-persoons hot tub voor die luchten van Santa Fe.

Great Stay in Beautiful Place!

We had a peaceful and lovely stay! The group continually commented on how much they loved the decor and wanted to live there :) The beds were all so comfortable, allowing for great nights sleep for a group of new and expecting moms! The added details like a fully stocked kitchen and helpful features like the networked Sonos system really added to the vibe and fun for a relaxing group trip. We also appreciated the closeness to town for walking to meals and shopping plus the quick drives to hiking were perfect for our weekend plans!

Beautiful interiors and spacious home

This is an amazingly beautiful house that fits a large family or group. The four bedrooms are very spacious and its well equipped. The southwest style and decorations, from the art to the furniture, makes it very special. Location is great: 10 minute walk to downtown Santa Fe. Great selection!

Beautiful house in a great location

We had a fabulous trip over Christmas. The house is a 5 min drive or 10-20 min walk to all the galleries and the plaza. Our host was great, putting up a Christmas tree for us and helping with early check in for family who arrived at lunchtime. The rooms and kitchen were quite spacious, beautifully decorated, and had nice touches from Pendleton blankets to humidifiers. The hot tub was perfect after a day of skiing. And the board games and old school Nintendo were a hit with the kids!We rated this 4 out of 5 stars because there were a number of small things that didn’t quite work. The humidifiers had not been cleaned in awhile and had a bunch of mold we had to clean out. The heating was uneven and parts of the house were often too hot or too cold (especially during cold nights, making it hard to sleep). The can opener was broken and we couldn’t find a colander to drain our pasta. None of these were huge issues alone, but there were enough little issues we experienced that we would have hoped for a bit more polish at this price point.

This was a very comfortable convenient roomy house for four couples. The round kitchen table was perfect for games, and the kitchen was well supplied with extras. The host was accessible and easy to contact. We were very pleased with our 4 night stay there. Hope to be back!

Ideal Location & Amenities for Friends’ Retreat

Six book club members from Seattle made this amazing abode our base camp for Santa Fe exploration and time together. Great, well-stocked home. Beautiful decor and ample room to spread out. Close to Plaza, shops, museums and restaurants. Prompt communications with host. Highly recommended.

Beautiful, well-equipped house 10 minutes from Plaza.

Wonderful house 10 minute walk to the plaza. There were 10 of us - 7 adults three small kids. Plenty of room for all. One of the best equipped houses I have had the pleasure of staying in. Excellent supermarket less than a 5-minute drive away. CVS next door to it. I had no problem parking 2 SUVs in front of the garage. Mobility-challenged should be aware of the 18-step stairway to the top floor.

Sante Fee House visit

Highly recommend this property. It is beautifully appointed, well equipped and immaculately clean. The location is perfect, just a few blocks from town center yet in a lovely, quiet residential neighborhood. Rooms are comfortable and lovely. Would definitely stay there again.

Look forward to our next stay. Property is beautiful inside and out, clean, 5 minute walk from shops and restaurants. Angela was super responsive and brought over a new coffee carafe for the house when it turned out that the old one had cracked. I wouldn't have changed a thing about our stay there.

Family Ski Vacation

Perfect house for our family vacation with 9 adults. This house is perfectly situated within walking distance to the plaza and a short trip up the mountain for skiing. The house is well maintained and beautifully decorated. We slept well in the comfortable bedding, and enjoyed the hot tub, as well as utilizing the grill for family dinners. Our family spent a wonderful week in Santa Fe thanks to the beautiful and comfortable lodging. I would Highly Recommend this house for your stay in Santa Fe.
