Front desk staff seemed uninterested and rushed. Perhaps it was just fatigue from holidays, but the welcome was not great. We loved the King Suite. Simple, spacious, and even had a little balcony for coffee. We were very surprised that yet another Santa Fe hotel doesnt offer streaming compatibility. That is a total miss in 2025. Breakfast service was great in the restaurant next to the fireplace. Avoid the continental breakfast. Order off menu. On the other hand, the service in lounge area was poor. They were so kind, but clearly overwhelmed. Management should know better when occupancy is high. Two servers and one bartender was a management mistake, and not fair to service staff. This hotel is convenient to everything you want to be near in Santa Fe. We truly appreciate this hotel being owned by native tribe and the story that was evident in the hotels artwork. Overall, if service had been better we would choose again. No managers in sight, so hopefully they will see this and lend a hand to make the experience better.
