Set within an intimate four-unit building, the home welcomes you with soaring ceilings, expansive skylights, and an open, loft-style layout that creates a true urban Santa Fe feel—airy, relaxed, and filled with natural light. The living area is anchored by a striking wood-burning fireplace and a large, comfortable leather sectional, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring.



The fully equipped kitchen features modern appliances, a generous dining table, and additional counter seating—perfect for both casual mornings and shared meals.



The sleeping area offers a queen-sized bed, while a cozy loft provides an additional twin bed, ideal for guests or a quiet retreat. A spacious walk-in closet includes a washer and dryer for added convenience.



The large bathroom features a tub and shower combination, blending comfort with a touch of modern design.



Year-round comfort is ensured with a mini-split heating and cooling system, paired with excellent insulation and high-speed internet.
