Impeccably clean, beautiful decorated and serene Casita with a well stocked kitchen and the most comfortable bed. Michelle, the host, is lovely and helpful. Would definitely recommend!

This casita was spotless, beautifully appointed, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the peace and quiet and loved relaxing on the private deck, where we could listen to a variety of birds and enjoy the fragrant surrounding vegetation.If you're willing to venture just a few minutes beyond the city center, you'll be rewarded with this little slice of paradise. We would highly recommend staying here and would gladly return ourselves.

Heaven is a place on Earth! Not only was this in a breathtaking part of Santa Fe, an immaculate and thoughtful Casita but Michelle went above and beyond to ensure that my chemical/fragrance sensitivities were accommodated. I could breath and not be sickened by fragrance.I felt surrounded by the best nature has to offer and much rejuvenated from City life.My only disappointment is that we had to leave!

The Zen Retreat is a lovely, spacious casita nestled in a lovely,quiet, wooded area. It’s near fabulous hiking trails up the mountains and still able to be at the Plaza within about 10 minutes. Fully equipped kitchen, nice patio for warmer months, very clean. We spent 6 nights here and will definitely recommend to friends traveling to Santa Fe.

The Casita was beautiful and tranquil, a true retreat for our stay in Santa Fe. It's located in a neighborhood that's convenient to the city and surroundings but feels wonderfully quiet and private. I have never seen so many stars!The space is thoughtfully curated with everything we needed and some lovely perks as well: a spa-quality bath, a delightful deck with fire pit, and a well-appointed kitchen. Michelle is a warm and attentive host who was available for questions and advice. This property is a 10-plus--we'll be back!

Beautiful Santa Fe private get away

This place is a must for a couples to get away. So peaceful and quiet, you can tell Michelle (The Host) really cares about this property. Clean, organized,and very comfortable. We will definitely stay here again! Loved it!

A stylish and comfortable stay

This Casita is probably the most stylish and well-thought-out home rental I've ever had. The property had everything we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen. Michelle was the consummate host and made everything welcoming and relaxing for us. We would happily stay there again!

The property was lovely and exactly as shown in the pictures. It felt private in its location and the interior spaces light and bright. The kitchen contained everything possible. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Loved the location which is secluded and quiet but close to town and hiking trails.The casita which is well stocked with upscale kitchen appliances and bathroom essentials is very private. We never saw or heard the property owners other than at check in.Will definitely return.

Relaxing, serene, quiet retreat

An amazing area close to town for our day trips throughout the week. The casita is comfortable and well equipped for cooking, everything we needed. In the evenings we enjoyed watching the bunnies from the patio! Lovely place you have and thank you for sharing with us.

Exceeded expectations!

We loved staying here! A beautiful spot for morning coffee before heading out for the day’s activities and relaxing retreat after returning home. Super clean and comfortable. I wish I could have stayed longer. Michelle is so welcoming and she did a great job with the property!

The casita was set in the woods, it was peaceful and the views were beautiful!! There were birds everywhere especially in the morning, we sat outside most of the time, enjoyed our coffee and the cool weather ( in July the temperature in the morning was in the 60s!!) it was an easy drive into town, maybe 10 minutes at the most. Our host thought of everything, the house was spotless and not cluttered, everything in the house was well thought out, filled with light and there were huge windows that took advantage of the incredible views. My husband and I fell in love with Santa Fe and want to make this an annual trip, we will always stay at the zen retreat. Our host gave us great ideas for places to eat, things to do etc. Thank you Michelle for welcoming us. It was a paradise and we are so thankful to have found you!!

Santa Fe Zen

Our first, but truly not our last trip to Santa Fe! So much to see and do not just in town but surrounding towns and national parks. Accommodations were outstanding, host was wonderful definitely plan a future stay right here!! Thanks so much Michelle and Allan for offering this lovely retreat for others to enjoy!!

A total Zen experience!We had an absolutely wonderful stay and would happily return again! Everything about this lovely casita is as described — clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated, and incredibly well stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing trip. The outdoor space is lovely and perfect for morning coffee and evening sunsets. It truly lives up to its name of a luxurious zen retreat!The location is ideal: peaceful and quiet, yet still close to restaurants and shops. We especially appreciated Michelle's touches, including clear communication, easy check-in instructions, and thoughtful amenities that made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It’s obvious she truly cares about creating a great guest experience. Everything was smooth, stress-free, and exceeded our expectations. Great getaway

The house was clean and comfortable, the property was secluded but a short drive from everything, and the host, Michelle, was on-site, lovely, and responsive. We've come to Santa Fe almost yearly since 1982, and Michelle's house beats a hotel any day. If you seek peace and quiet, this house is perfect for two.

Great location for hiking and biking

Beautiful secluded setting among the Pinon and Juniper along arroyo piedra, trail access across street to the Dale Ball trail system. Coyote music in the evenings. Great location, short drive to town or Ten Thousand Waves spa and road to Ski Santa Fe. Every cooking utensil available, great appliance, comfortable furniture and bed.

Casita! I loved the location, knowing it was a 5 min drive from downtown. The space was great- although it’s definitely one bedroom which I felt was a little unclear. Had a bit of a musty smell and I wish there were window coverings in the bedroom, but overall great stay

Wonderful Property!

Michelle was a great communicator. This is a lovely casita, in the country but a short drive into town (and Ten Thousand Waves). Stylishly decorated with everything we needed for a week. There are trails straight from the door. We will be back.

Slice of heaven in the hill above Santa Fe

Our second stay at this beautiful modern Santa Fe guest home, and it won't be our last. We love the peaceful private setting on the hill above Santa Fe. The guest house is lovely and comfortable, filled with light and containing everything we need for a perfect getaway. We love the neighborhood and proximity to some of our favorite hiking trails. Close enough to town to have access to all Santa Fe has to offer in under 5 minutes, and yet the setting feels so peaceful and remote. The guest house is set perfectly next to the owner's home in such a way to provide privacy and take advantage of the forest views. The owners are lovely and thoughtful to guests needs. Highly recommend.
