Nieuw en modern; Historic District huis met Ski Mtn View en nu airconditioning

Casa Miguel is een moderne op maat gebouwde woning gelegen in de gewenste historische Eastside van Santa Fe. Het huis ligt op een heuvel verstrekken van een aantal van de beste uitzichten die Santa Fe te bieden van de Sangre de Cristo Mountains, Zon en Maan Bergen en af ​​naar het westen voor de ultieme zonsondergangen heeft. Het is slechts 10 minuten lopen naar de Plaza en het is een mijl verwijderd van de beroemde Arts & Crafts of Canyon Road. Van de extra grote Franse deuren, kunt u uitstappen op de charmante bakstenen patio. Er is een rozentuin en de tuin is omsloten door lila struiken die de omtrek omringen. Dit is een heerlijke plek om te kijken naar de zon opkomen of set, of gewoon in de schone berglucht en uitzicht.

De eigenaren, Michael Schriber en Christina Alfieri wonen naast de deur en kan nuttig zijn als u wilt in het suggereren van dagtochten en dingen te zien en te doen in Santa Fe. Zij kennen het gebied uitzonderlijk goed, hebben een grote liefde voor de natuur, vooral mountainbiken, en ook de eigenaar en exploitant van een boutique reissector verzenden gasten naar Afrika. Met deze gecombineerde kennis en expertise Mike en Christina kunnen een ongeëvenaarde personal touch toe te voegen aan uw verblijf.

Christina and Mike were very welcoming. I have never stayed in a rental that was so beautifully appointed in everything from the pillows and furniture to the artwork and fully equipped kitchen. The location is excellent with only a 15 minute walk to the Plaza. The view is spectacular.

Beautiful stay in Santa Fe

This custom adobe home was perfect for our long stay. With a light filled open layout, comfortable furnishings and intimate patio surrounded by lilacs and roses that opened up to the big sky and mountains beyond, it was a great space to work and hang out. The location was ideal, walking distance from Santa Fe plaza and a short drive to many of the local attractions. Though close to town, the house was situated in a small neighborhood atop a rolling hill which was quiet and private. Highly recommended.

Southwestern Getaway

We had an amazing stay! The house was stocked with everything we needed-paper towels, toilet paper, laundry soap, shampoo & conditioner, etc. We loved the view and the house was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. The pictures do not do this home justice! It is perfect for a single family getaway. We ended up staying an extra night because we didn’t want to leave!

Santa Fe in May

This property is ideal for two adults. It is spacious, clean, and has all the amenities needed for a lengthy stay. The only downside for us - and it was minor, is that it is on a dirt road which makes walking to town or Canyon Road in nicer shoes and clothes a bit inconvenient. We had a car and used it often. Otherwise, everything was great. We would come again.

Great Explorations

Casa Miguel is a great location to explore the art of Georgia O’Keefe. Highlights included day trips to Ghost Ranch to see the landscapes that inspired her painting & a visit to her modest Abiquiu winter home (reservations a must for these guided excursions). Christina has beautifully appointed the single-level property that lies along a well-graded gravel/dirt road. We appreciated the quiet safe neighborhood, even heard coyote yips in the early morning!

Amazing Santa Fe rental

This property was so perfect for an anniversary weekend! It was immaculate and there was everything we needed! Loved the location so we could walk into town (about .8mile) and the views were great. I would rent this unit again and again! Thank you Christina! My only constructive feedback would be- would love to know exactly how to get in unit once we arrived, saving us time going to the owner’s home and if there was coffee available, would have made it even better. But…..zero complaints here! Can’t wait to return!

Scenic oasis a short walk from Plaza

What a beautiful property! Normally we stay in town but this place has likely become a go-to for us on next visits. It is a short walk into the Plaza so you get the best of both worlds. Views, serenity, and yet proximity to all that Santa Fe has to offer. Comfortable too--especially the bed. Made it hard to get up.

Perfect casita, perfect location

This was our second stay at this perfect casita rental, which says a lot about our enthusiasm. It’s a great little casita, beautifully furnished and in a great neighborhood that combines old style Santa Fe ambience and character that is also within easy walking reach of downtown. Yet you feel like you’re in a little pueblo. The owners are wonderful. Don’t pass this one up; it’s special and I know of what I speak.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It is updated and comfortably furnished. You can’t beat the location. It is close to the plaza and Canyon Road. The patio is lovely with a rose garden and we enjoyed our coffee in the morning and wine in the evening! The bed was comfortable with crisp linens and good pillows. The house was immaculate! We texted Christina when we arrived and she responded immediately. It was a perfect stay. We will definitely rent this house again!

This is the second time we've stayed for multiple weeks. It is the best appointed and best maintained property we've stayed in, anywhere in our world-wide travels. What a gem!

We have to say that the online photos do not really reflect the layout and how nicely furnished this property is! It is a perfect little apartment designed for a couple to stay in with all the comforts: a king-sized (comfortable) bed, a walk-in closet, ceiling fans, a private patio ( a adjacent to a quiet dead-end road) with portable fire place and grill, thoughtfully and well-supplied kitchen and full laundry. We loved the aesthetic of the furniture and linens and the design of the modern bathroom and rugs on the polished concrete floor. The art is tastefully chosen and hung. We have stayed in many places and can accept a wide range of surroundings but this one was a true pleasure. We also enjoyed walking all over he downtown area and Canyon Rd. We only used the car for day trips to Taos and surroundings. We are loath to praise this place too much as we'd like to be able to return, lol!
