Prachtig gerenoveerd huis, lopen naar de Plaza, ruime luxe

Encantada nestelt zich in de felbegeerde Noordkant van Santa Fe, op slechts 0,06 km of 10 minuten lopen van de Plaza. Met directe toegang tot het historische plein van Santa Fe, restaurants, kunstgalerijen en lokale koffiehuizen, bent u perfect gepositioneerd om onze prachtige stad te verkennen. De uitstekende locatie van deze luxe vakantiewoning is nog maar het begin.

Dit prachtig verbouwde huis beschikt over bijna 4.000 vierkante meter aan authentieke Santa Fe-ambiance en luxe leven, met 4 slaapkamers (3 met eigen badkamer) en 4. 5 badkamers in totaal. Bij binnenkomst wordt u begroet door een unieke gebogen trap. Het eetgedeelte heeft een open muur naar de vernieuwde "chef-koks" keuken, die royaal is ingericht met elegante kasten en een merk kookeiland.  Boven en beneden hebben beide een woonkamer met een open haard, elegante hardhouten vloeren en balken aan het plafond. Extra voorzieningen zijn onder andere; een aparte wasruimte, aangebouwde garage voor twee auto's, ruime parkeergelegenheid op straat, twee balkons op de bovenverdieping die klassieke Santa Fe-uitzichten bieden, achtertuin met overdekt terras en grote buitentafel om te dineren.

Encantada is perfect voor maximaal 12 personen, of een stel dat gewoon het beste wil in een Santa Fe-ervaring met een uitstekende locatie en een kwaliteitsverblijf om in te verblijven. Encantada voelt als verblijven in het huis van een goede vriend en geen eenvoudige huur. De woning is huisdiervriendelijk en heeft een volledig omheinde tuin.

Let op: een van de slaapkamers heeft twee eenpersoonsbedden die kunnen worden opgemaakt tot een koning, afhankelijk van wat je wilt. Laat ons ten minste een week voor uw verblijf weten hoe u die vierde slaapkamer zou willen opmaken.

Great location in Santa Fe

This is a nice house within walking distance of the Santa Fe square and access to great restaurants and shopping. The house is comfortable and better stocked than most rental homes. The only thing we would have liked was a better view, but that's hard to get when you are renting in town. One thing to keep in mind is that this house has numerous levels and steps, so it would be difficult for someone with less mobility.

Great Family Home in Santa Fe

This home was perfect for a family wedding weekend in Santa Fe. There was plenty of space for people to spread out. And every bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen had everything one would need for a weekend or a month stay! Two Casitas arranged for us to have two pack-n-plays for the children which helped tremendously. Check-in and out was a breeze and we really appreciated Two Casitas working with us for an early check-in and late check-out to accommodate the children's naps. We would highly recommend this house and Two Casitas.

This place has it all!

This house was perfect for two families with teenagers. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out and enough bathrooms to suit the needs of teenage girls! The outdoor spaces and fire pit were lovely for mornings and evenings with a cup of coffee or glass of wine respectively. The kids enjoyed baking a pie in the kitchen with the apples they bought at the farmers market. The plaza was a short distance, and we honestly found it easier to walk most places then to have to find parking on a busy holiday weekend. We will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed staying at this VRBO. Easy checkin. Clean. Well appointed. We would definitely choose this accommodation again if we stayed in Santa Fe. We really didn't care to watch television, but if that is your thing, be prepared to study and puzzle over the numerous controllers to try to figure out how they work.

Perfect in every way (Almost)

Everything ws delightful! The kitchen as ample enough tot make a Thanksgiving Feast for 14, everyone was comfortable, the location was great and uber convenient and the house looks jut like it is pictured. The only thing that as a bit odd was it was hard to adjust the temperature in the rooms and living space to be totally comfortable. Not a big deal, but a lot of us sweated at night.I am sure it is easily fixed.

Strongly Recommend This Southwestern Santa Fe Sanctuary

We had a wonderful weekend in Santa Fe at Two Casitas. From the moment we walked in the door, we were so impressed with this beautiful home. We loved the Southwestern decorations, the well-stocked kitchen, and the layout of the house. The team at Two Casitas made everything so easy. Parking was a dream and downtown a short walk away. We rented the house with another family to make a total of four adults and five kids. This house was perfect. Plenty of room for everyone, great kitchen, and separate seating areas for everyone to have some space. We would definitely rent this house again if we return to Santa Fe.

This property could work for a variety of groups. It was convenient to the center of town without having to be in the bustle all of the time. The home is stocked with everything one would need in terms of pots, pans, coffee maker, place settings and basic pantry items (salt, pepper, olive oil, etc.) Plenty if bedrooms, bathrooms, comfortable gathering spaces. Fall weather didn’t allow us to take advantage of many lovely outside seating spaces.

This home was very spacious and beautifully decorated. It had all the amenities that a good hotel would have. The kitchen was large enough to allow our family to sit around and talk.
