We stayed at this great condo. It was not far from where Mom lived in her assisted living complex. The condo was comfortable and we slept well. We brought our dog which was wonderful. He too was comfortable in the space. The area is quiet and we enjoyed the natural surroundings. Great weekend. Would like to go back in the warmer seasons to enjoy the patio.

We had a wonderful experience at Casita Bella and enjoyed the hospitality provided. Check in was flawless, cleanliness was spotless and the accuracy of the listing was spot on. Location is ideal for early morning hikes at the base of the Santo Cristo mountains and birdwatching or photography of the Rocky Mountain ranges. Easy access to explore northern NM as well as downtown Santa Fe. Absolutely delighted with our stay and appreciate being accomodated for an extended stay.

Lovely accommodations in the perfect location
This is a lovely, spacious condo located just outside the city. Serene and quiet at night but only minutes from all the oldtown fun. Many thoughtful touches from our hosts, a fully stocked kitchen and plenty of linens and paper goods. The courtyard is quite spacious and comfortable. Our hosts were immediately responsive and extraordinarily helpful, especially for a holiday weekend. An exceptional stay.

This property is amazing! Every detail covered. Wood burning fireplace, beautifully decorated, well-stocked kitchen, picturesque views, great location. We were a few minutes from the plaza, 45 minutes to Ski Santa Fe, across the road from the Four Seasons. Would highly recommend this home and will book again!

Relaxation Plus!
We have stayed at other units in this neighborhood and this one had the best patio. The landscape provides privacy. The interior was decorated nicely and comfortable sofa. Easy to use TV. We only used the bed in the main bedroom and it was comfortable. A/C worked to our satisfaction as well. The grill is on the smaller side, and owners are looking into upgrading it. Walking distance to pool. Communication with Owner very good. Otherwise, we had a lovely and relaxing visit.! Looking forward to our next trip there.

This was a very nice place to rent. Everything needed was supplied with a nice supplied kitchen. Owner was very receptive to any questions we had on the condo. The pool was next door to the property and was as very convenient. We would stay again.

We had a wonderful 2 weeks at this property. Very convenient to family who we were visiting nearby & to other parts of Santa Fe. The casita was beautifully decorated & had just about everything needed for a great stay. Enjoyed the fireplace at night & the patio on sunny days. Little Piece of New Mexico Heaven
Casita Bella is well-named -- the location and property are both absolutely beautiful. Everything from the quality linens and fully equipped kitchen to the owners' great taste in furnishings and art made for a lovely stay -- ours was a full three weeks and we wished it could have been longer! The restaurants, shopping, museums and crowds of Santa Fe are just a short drive away, but Casita Bella is blissfully surrounded by trees, mountains and views. There are great hikes nearby and the sunsets from the porch are incredible! Highly recommend!

Beautiful and quiet
We spent a four day weekend here and absolutely loved our stay. Loved the view, hanging on the porch with a fire, and sleeping in super comfortable beds. We did many day excursions that were easy to get to like mountain biking, hiking, and heading into town.

Casita Bella is charming, comfortable, immaculate and stylish. Just a short drive from downtown Santa Fe, it's very private with beautiful walks and views. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'd possibly need. Linens are high quality. Everything is "like new" clean. Add to this that the interiors are classic and beautifully curated; it's a really wonderful place to stay! We come back again and again.

Art for All the Senses
What an amazing space, inside and outside! Casita Bella is located on magnificent and placid foothills located just outside of town. If you’re looking for balance (I know my sister and I were), this location has it. It’s quiet, exquisitely decorated with art, and the views of the red desert against the purple sunsets are the things memories are made of. Not to mention all the stars. Casita Bella is just a short tip from Santa Fe and so many amazing shops and places to eat. I loved the local scene and all of the history of the area. I can’t wait to go back (for covid to end) and come back to Santa Fe for the open air markets and art (native and Georgia O’Keeffe). This was a perfect trip that wouldn’t have been possible without Chuck and Rob’s little gem to set the tone.

A Place of Peace and Beauty
Casita Bella is an ideal setting for a trip to Santa Fe. Located in a secluded area, all one hears throughout the stay is a soft breeze through the trees and the song of birds. Each room of the casita is gracefully decorated and comforting. The large patio invites lingering in the sun and stargazing at night. My husband and I would be very happy to visit again and again.

My wife, son and dog headed out on a road trip and our first stop was Santa Fe. We could not be happier with the place. It hit all of our requirements including location, style and cleanliness. This was the perfect get-a-way with all the same amenities we’d expect at home. We enjoyed the sunsets, nightly stars out in the awesome patio. When we plan a get away to Santa Fe we found our Home Away!

Absolutely comfortable, perfectly appointed getaway home
This was an absolutely perfect spot for us to spend 4 nights. I can't emphasize enough that this condo has everything you would need, like it's your own home (or better). Even the way the place is designed, lighted, and decorated makes it just a super-comfortable spot. My wife and I spent a ton of time at a thoughful but simple little bistro table at the side of the living room with a cocktail, cheese, and a bluetooth speaker solving all the problems of the world, looking out the big windows at the mountains. The outdoor patio was a great spot to hang out as well, and the neighbor owners were really nice and great to talk to. The owner was great to deal with as he was completely open and honest about some remodeling work going on in the next condo in the days before we arrived.

My only hesitation in giving this a full 5-star review is that our timing in staying at this property was terrible. We are giving it a 5 because Chuck was responsive to our concerns and seemed to genuinely care, but I'll mention a few things that might help future renters of this or other VRBO properties. We booked this condo for a getaway that would not include our usual exploring because of COVID. We wanted a space that we'd enjoy hanging out in for 5 days & normally this would have been the ideal place for that ... It just so happened that a new neighbor in this 3-condo unit was moving in on our first full day of staying here. Unfortunately, our first day there were movers coming in and out & then the final two days of our stay there were construction crews remodeling a bathroom for several hours each day. Some of the issue was noise but also in the way the condos are situated: Anyone going in and out of the neighbor's unit walks by the patio that we were there to enjoy. Chuck felt terrible that the neighbor had not communicated what they had planned to him. We were frustrated that they didn't communicate to Chuck or to us at the beginning of our stay (we could have planned our long hikes on the last two days if we'd known they had remodeling planned). I don't know what we could have done to avoid this, except to rent a space not connected or to encounter a more neighborly neighbor! The good news for all of you reading this is that the neighbor has likely settled in and hopefully is taking the lead from the other neighbors, who were friendly and hospitable. The interior is lovely as all have mentioned, and we enjoyed having access to Netlfix, HBO Plus and other channels. We loved being able to hike a few miles on the trail just across the road near the Four Seasons property. There were many other hikes within a 15-20 minute drive. The outdoor space is inviting and the furniture was well maintained. Our small terrier was able to hang out with us on the patio using the temporary gate available. We did wish the patio was laid out in a way that what the neighbors were doing wouldn't be as distracting. Just know that you're the middle unit so there are neighbors on each side of you (didn't hear them inside the unit, though). We used the grill quite a bit - it was adequate for the two of us but would be tough to cook on for a family or more than one type of food. Thanks to Chuck & Rob for making your condo available.

A relaxing and pleasant stay
This is a nice condo tucked away in a quiet enclave near Santa Fe. The furniture is comfy inside and outside. The kitchen is well appointed. The bathrooms are nice. Awesome beds! And our dog liked staying here too. Although the pool was closed due to the pandemic we know from a previous visit that it is wonderful. And Chuck is just a good person to deal with. He answered all of our questions and followed up quickly. We really liked his condo. You won't be disappointed staying here!

The Pueblo and this unit are as beautiful as always. We have been coming to Santa Fe for 35 years. It has lost none of its charm. Our visit was abbreviated by the virus which prompted so many closures. We will return, hopefully again and again.

Lovely casita minutes from Santa Fe
Thanks Chuck & Rob for a beautiful place to spend Thanksgiving week. Nicely furnished throughout, the kitchen with all of the spices & gourmet cookware was perfect for our Thanksgiving dinner. Loved discovering a new piece of art each time we moved from room to room. We had tons of firewood for those really cold days & very snowy holiday weekend. Thanks for welcoming our Miniature Schnauzer as well, not many of the casitas are pet friendly. We will be back to enjoy the patio in the spring or fall. Highly recommend this casita!!

A perfect place to stay in Santa Fe
First of all, I want to compliment the generosity and integrity of the owner, Charles Calloway. A friend and I rented the condo for a weekend in Santa Fe to celebrate my birthday, and we had to cancel a few days before the trip because my friend became ill. Charles graciously refunded almost all of our prepayment. I had added two days on the front of the weekend for a doctor's appointment, so I stayed in the condo for those two days. It is a beautiful condo, tastefully furnished with interesting artistic touches throughout. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the outdoor area, which I didn't use because of the weather, is fully furnished and very inviting and I look forward to enjoying it on a return trip in warmer weather. The condo is located in Tesuque, one of my favorite areas in Santa Fe. The Four Seasons is directly across the road; the El Nido Restaurant is a few miles away near, the Tesuque Market with its great breakfasts and lunches, and yet the condo is only about 12 minutes from the Plaza. The checkin process was easy and the homes security system was a great bonus. My only complaint is that the bathrooms need updated to replace the sink in the master and the showerhead in the guest bathroom. The rest of the condo is lovely.

Santa Fe Perfection
We are so glad we decided to stay at the Casita Bella. And that is a very apt name for this home. Although it's not as close to Santa Fe as we would have liked, we're very pleased that we didn't choose any other place that might have been closer. The layout of the rooms is perfect ( great positioning of kitchen and dining room overlooking the living room ), and the thoughtfulness of the decor reveals a special affinity for the culture of Santa Fe. The home is filled with especially tasteful and interesting furnishings, and every nook has a decorative item that stands out. Those patios looking out over the countryside are open to the view and yet they also engender a sense of privacy with its protective trees. That trip to town is not bad at all, and for the quality of this home, not an issue. Thank you to the owners for your interior decorating skills and for your unique taste. July and August have the most amazing monsoon thunderstorms with thunder and lightning (amazing to watch out the front windows overlooking the valley). A wonderful property, steps away from the pool & quiet with no passing traffic from the other units.

We loved our stay at Casita Bella. It was so well appointed the perfect spot for our first family vacation with our new baby. We loved the remote, quiet location and the beautiful pool, but it was also close enough to Santa Fe that we were able to see all the things we were hoping to - old Santa Fe, Chimayo, Meow Wolf, and lots of delicious restaurants! Beautifully designed home in the perfect location
This property is perfectly appointed~ both in every needed item for a comfortable stay and in it's impeccable design. It's like stepping into a rustic southwestern five star suite! Immaculate. The location was perfect for us, as most of the sights we visited were north of Santa Fe. And still only a short, 12 minute drive to town. Quiet, scenic and private. Truly perfect!

Beautiful Place! Everything that you need to enjoy Santa Fe
I have been to Santa Fe several times but this was my first time staying in Casita Bella. It is a beautiful place in a rural landscape, close to town. The place is well appointed and extremely clean. I highly recommended it. We even made a fire in the chiminea and watched the sunrise! The only drawback is slow WiFi but there are 2 TVs with premium cable channels.

Fantastic property, location and attention to detail!
We absolutely loved our stay at Casita Bella in beautiful Tesuque. The location is fabulous; a very quiet and lovely area and yet close enough to downtown Santa Fe to get there in minutes. The accommodations are excellent, with plenty of room for everyone and all the conveniences of home (or perhaps better..). The condo was spotlessly clean and the owners have literally thought of everything you might need to enjoy your vacation and even made themselves available to us for the odd question or clarification. Even the neighbors we met were friendly and very helpful. Our stay could not possibly have been nicer and we cannot imagine a better place to stay in the Santa Fe area.

Remarkable Place to Stay & Enjoy Santa Fe
We chose this condo on the VRBO website by the pictures that were posted. Knowing that photography can help make so-so places look wonderful, we liked what we saw and booked the condo. WOW! My husband and I walked in the door and it was a huge sigh of relief and appreciation of the condo we chose to stay. The furnishings are beautiful and the outdoor patio and vast, expansive scenery are perfect! I called Charles (the owner) to ask him of some great places to eat and he guided us to eat Mexican food at Gabriel's. It was outstanding! We will definitely stay at this property again, which will save on the apprehension we had before we actually viewed the condo in person. Thank you Charles for your help in making are stay everything we envisioned, and then some! Awesome!
