Een oude visser's cottage, gerenoveerd om de gasten te ontvangen in een vakantie stemming Middellandse Zee. Het complex bestaat uit een grote slaapkamer met badkamer, woonkamer met slaapbank, keuken, woonkamer, badkamer en een terras met uitzicht op de baai van Fondachello en het strand dat is slechts drie meter van het huis en direct toegankelijk. Casadisale is de ideale keuze voor een rustige vakantie, met de mogelijkheid om het ritme van de zomer meestal eilandbewoners genieten.

fantastisch!

Het is een super huisje/appartement. Vooral het uitzicht over de zee, dat je op het balkon hebt, is fantastisch! Verder was het huisje schoon. Je loopt de staat uit, waar je een heerlijk restaurant heb. Ook het ijs is daar lekker.

Nice apartment directly a the beach

A fantastic apartment on the top-floors directly at the beach, nice decorated and fully equipped with all you need and a great terrace with full privacy (even if there are some other apartments in the house) A few restaurants in walking distance. All in all we enjoyed our stay very much. A few annotations about what we didn't like... Pick-up service from the train station, but 10€ each for that short trip is a bit expensive. No shops/markets in Casteldaccia, so you are a bit lost without a car (thx to Maia for bringing some food/water from the supermarket) 3 briefings and a video how to separate the garbage was a bit to much (...we know how garbage separation works and it's not so difficult)

Pleasant Beach Spot

The apartment was very clean and right on the water. It was truly beautiful. When we booked this apartment was not available, but we stayed in another spot in the same property. It was just as nice, though I question if it was a little smaller. The manager of the apartment was very kind and very attentive. Gave us great recommendations for things to do in the area. The area of beach next to the apartment is beautiful, but the general location (outside of the apartment complex) is somewhat dirty. Trash litters the sidewalk, which is unfortunate. This speaks nothing to the actual apartment which was very clean. Parking was a little challenging in the beginning as this is a high traffic area, but was manageable. Having a car is helpful to get to fun activities in the area. There's really only 1 or 2 restaurants nearby. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful!

We had a wonderful time in the beautiful apartment of Marcella and her family. The apartment is located on the top two floors of an old but modern fisherman's house directly on the sea. In the building there are other apartments, but privacy is ensured. The large terrace is directly on the sea, to reach the water it is barely 20 steps by foot. The beach is narrow but perfectly adequate, at the house itself there are sun loungers, umbrellas and several other beach utensils. The water is very clear and clean, the beach slopes gently and still becomes deep enough to swim after about 20 meters. Marcella and her family are very friendly, helpful and discreet hosts, we felt very comfortable. The only small drawback is that you are a bit lost without a car. Due to the dense population directly on the waterfront, it is difficult to take longer walks. But if you have a car, you can find great places in the immediate surroundings. All in all, a really nice place, we would be very happy to come back one day, thank you!

Lediglich die Bar 2 Grundstücke nebenan war zu laut, am Wochenende leider auch bis in die Nacht hinein. Der Strand ist leider, genau wie die Straßen in Sizilien sehr schmutzig. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung ein Traum und Marcella sorgt dafür, dass sich die Gäste wohl fühlen ( frische Blumen, Sauberkeit, Tipps für den Einkauf bzw. Restaurants). Wir haben 6ns sehr wohl gefühlt! Living over the sea

Excelent location literary on the beach, the house reminded us on the Mamami musical setting. Great decorative taste, simplicity at it best. Mia the host, very discreet, but helpful when needed. Of course you are not alone on the small beach, locals and Italien as well as international visitors share the experience. We enjoyed the house on the sea very much.

Casa sull'aqua fantastica

Das Haus liegt tatsächlich am Strand, direkt gegenüber vom Sonnenaufgang, ist mit Liebe eingerichtet und besonders sauber gehalten. Maia ist eine freundliche Gastgeberin, die sehr schnell auf Wünsche reagiert. Wir brauchten Pellets für den Kaminofen und weniger als eine Stunde später erhielten wir sie. Von dort aus haben wir viele Ausflüge gemacht und das Haus war unsere Entspannungsoase. Vielen Dank Maia! Wir werden dein Haus weiterempfehlen und bestimmt wieder kommen!

Die beste Hängematte Siziliens

Diese Wohnung ist ein Traum. Maia hat viel Liebe ins Detail gesteckt und sie sprüht nur vor Lebensfreude und Gastfreundschaft. Das Wasser ist klar, für drei Meter steinig, danach sandig. Schwimmen Richtung Sonnenaufgang ist einfach die Wucht. Die Italiener*innen lieben diesen Strandanschnitt auch und man fühlt sich mitten unter ihnen. Es mag für manchen zu laut sein, aber wir haben das Wimmelbild von oben auch genossen. Nach Palermo mit dem Zug ist sehr problemlos. Eine wunderbare Woche. Gerne noch einmal.

Schöne Wintertage auf Sizilien

Sehr schönes Haus mit wunderschöner Terrasse und tollem Ausblick. Trotz der Jahreszeit konnten wir jeden morgen auf der sonnigen Terrasse frühstücken. Abends lässt sich das Haus problemlos über den Palletofen heizen. Sehr aufmerksame und großzügige Gastgeber!Danke nochmals für Alles an Maia und Riccardo! Wir kommen gerne wieder!!!

Unglaublich schöner Platz über dem Meer

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in dieser für zwei Personen sehr geräumigen Wohnung, direkt am Meer. Auf den beiden zusammenhängenden Balkonen/Terrassen hatten wir das Gefühl, wir sitzen direkt über dem Meer. Der Strand ist öffentlich, das ist manchmal recht laut. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und individuell eingerichtet. Der Kontakt mit allen Personen, mit denen wir hier zu tun hatten, war sehr freundlich. Eine wunderbare Zeit!

Apartment ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, traumhafte Terrasse mit Blick auf Meer´, direkt am Meer gelegen. Wunderbarer Sonnenaufgang, Direktzugang zum Strand. Wohnung gut ausgestattet. Sehr netter Support vor Ort, alles problemlos und pünktlich. Endreinigung von 50€ auf den Mietpreis aufrechnen.

Great property and excellent hosts!

This property was beautiful, clean, tidy and convenient. The view from the veranda overlooking the bay and the beach was stunning, great place to watch the sun rise and have breakfast in the morning, if you want somewhere private to sunbathe this is also great, there is also a second level if you want to catch the evening sun! Bit of advise, rent a car for this area as it would be much easier to travel around, especially if you have kids, although there is a train station 10 minutes walk away, uphill, so if it is a really hot day it may not be a good idea. Saying all of that, the host Marcella was absolutely amazing, she picked us up from the airport (and back) and took us straight to the supermarket as they close early on Sundays. She gave us a lift to the station, offered again to drive us around, recommended places to visit and how to get there on the train etc. She was great! It would not have been such a great holiday without her! There are lots of things to do around the area, and much more if you are renting a car, but this will take a bit of research before your holiday. Cefelu is a great place to visit with a nice medieval town, plenty of restaurants, gift shops and nice beaches, well worth spending a whole day or maybe 2 exploring this town. You can get the train there with 1 change. Train tickets are also cheap.There are a few good restaurants nearby the property, one which serves great deserts and another great breakfast. Overall great place and would love to go back!

A Hidden Gem in an area with Quaint Little Towns

Ciao, we recently experienced our first visit and stay in Sicily at this wonderful little villa. The accommodations were wonderful and just enough to make you feel at home. The view from the villa is spectacular and the pictures do not do it justice. What made the experience even better was the graciousness of our host MAIA and her willingness to answer all our questions, provide recommendations for restaurants as well as excursions. We will definitely be returning to Sicily and this will be our desired destination to stay.

Beautiful views, just as described, good restaurants within walking distance!

We arrived an hour or so late but we were greeting warmly! It was very well kept and clean with everything you need to relax and enjoy the local culture. The balconies were very private but still allowed us to enjoy the sea and sun. Marcella checked in with us by message a couple of times, ensuring we had everything we needed. She sent us a map of the restaurants (3 we could walk to) and the supermarket which was so helpful! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or to stay there again! Thank you for a relaxing and memorable vacation!

Just amazing!

We had a perfect and wonderful stay in Maia's appartment. She is a great host and was really nice and helpful. You will find everything you need in the appartment and good restaurants are nearby. The big balcony with amazing view over the sea is perfect for sunbathing and we loved to have our breakfast in the warm sun. We can really recommend a stay here!! Franziska and Tobias
