The house is fully equipped and very bright. The property is located on the outskirts of Santa Margalida, a small town located in the east of the island. There you can find numerous services as well as restaurants and shops. In addition, you will find the beautiful beach of Can Picafort less than 5 minutes. The excellent location of the house allows you to easily explore the east coast of Mallorca. It is less than 15 minutes by car from the bay of Alcúdia and its spectacular sandy beach and crystal clear waters. The tourist areas of Can Picafort, Platges de Muro or Port d'Alcúdia are also very close.

In the event that you leave the property in a state of dirt that requires an extra reinforcement for its cleaning, the price of this reinforcement will be deducted from the deposit and the amount will be from 100 euros.

- Upon departure it is forbidden to leave garbage inside or outside the property. In case of non-compliance, the minimum amount of 90 euros will be withheld from the deposit.

- Any breakage that occurs by customers (windows, appliances electronics, etc…) will be in charge of it.
