It is also a short distance from the Parc Natural de s'Albufera, the Hydropark of Alcudia, the Alcanada Golf Club, and about 60 km from Palma airport.



In the exterior, the property offers a well-maintained garden, furnished terrace, barbecue area, and a large private swimming pool perfect for cooling off during sunny days. The fenced plot and its location make it ideal for families with children.



It has all the amenities: fireplace, air conditioning and heat pump heating throughout the house, internet access (wifi), television with satellite channels in several languages (Spanish, English, German), and private outdoor parking on the same property.



The American gas kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, as well as all the necessary kitchenware to enjoy cooking during your stay.
