Shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants with outdoor shows. Bus stop in front of the apartment, with connection to Palma and other coastal municipalities.

Apartment features: Large living-dining room with direct access to the terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary. Three bedrooms ideal for families or groups. Two bathrooms: one complete and an additional toilet.

Additional information: Flexible check-in/check-out according to availability. If there are reservations, check-in will be at 4:00 PM and check-out at 10:00 AM.



Payment Policy (only bookings from Booking and VRBO):

A 30% advance payment is required via secure link or bank transfer.

The remainder is paid upon arrival or 10 days in advance.



Tourist tax (eco-tax) mandatory in the Balearic Islands: 2 €/night and per person during the first 8 nights.
