'The only issue I encounter was the plunge pool we had in the room. It always seemed dirty. The fact that there is a beach in front of the hotel is nice but not useful, the beach is not good to swim in specially when you have kids so the premium paid for that is not worth it. Even though I did not have a inclusive package I paid for a luxury room with plunge pool, it did not feel like I was noticed much, restaurant staff did not really paid attention to us.
