Nos sentimos muy cómodos, Santiago es muy atento. El desayuno muy rico, la alberca grande y de buena temperatura. El hotel increíble, con muchas áreas verdes y cerca de la playa. La cuna de mi bebé estaba muy dura y no pudo dormir ahí (hay colchones por Amazon que cuestan $800 sería una buena inversión ;) ) de ahí en fuera todo muy muy bien!

The location is excellent, quiet, peaceful and around a minute walking distance from the beach. It’s a place that I will definitely stay again when I come back.

The hotel is very grand, and has an Aztec feel to it There is a tennis court -with a pro, and a 25M swimming pool. The pool had some green stuff floating just off the floor of the pool- algae ? Spa services are available, and the grounds are stunning. A/C in the room, and water is provided for the guests. There is no restaurant, food ,coffee or a concession with snacks on the property. WiFi is only available in the office as you check in, and a sitting area. I wasn't provided with the password, on a handwritten piece of paper.

Romantico e increible Hotel
Increible el lugar y el trato de la gente del hotel fue muy atenta y agradable. La playa Chahue hermosa y el acceso muy bueno llegas caminando y la puedes visitar en cualquier horario ya que todo es muy seguro. Las picinas del hotel son increibles ya sea para nadar o para relajarte. Cuenta con cancha de tenis la cual tambien disfrutamos mucho

Excelente lugar para descansar, buen servicio y limpieza además de comodidad en la habitación. Ubicación cerca de la playa. Lo único malo es que alrededor no hay lugares para ir a comer.

The hotel is located in a good location, within walking distance to the beach and also close to downtown. The staff was amazing, very friendly, helpful and eager to please. The hotel is older but overall is great for the price. Would stay there again.

Nettes Hotel nahe beim Meer
Schöne Hotelanlage, angemehmes Zimmer mit allem, was man braucht, inklusive Hängematte auf dem Balkon. Meerzugang entweder frei an der prallen Sonne oder in Club, nicht wirklich berauschend. Schwimmen konnte man anfangs August wegen heftigem Wellengang nicht. Achtung: Akzeptiert wird nur eine amerikanische Kreditkarte, sonst Barzahlung.

Quiet and relaxing
We found our stay here to be very relaxing. The tennis courts were great for morning exercise, and the swimming pool was nice to cool off in. The room was very unique and also very comfortable. We very much enjoyed the balcony to listen to and watch the birds each morning and late afternoon. Location was nice--about a 15 min walk to restaurants in another bay or about a 20 min walk to centro for restaurants and shopping.

Perfect Boutique Hotel.
We absolutely loved this Hotel. We like boutique spots and this is definitely that, full of charm and completely unique to anywhere else I've been. The owners and staff are fantastic, truly nice people, cannot say enough good things about them. The location is great with ocean views and only steps to award winning Chahue beach. Can easily walk for groceries, to Santa Cruz and La Crucecita. If I had to say a couple things that could be improved, would be nice to have some softer bedding and better pillows after a long hard day of swimming and chilling on the beach. Also, it is advertised as a fitness facility, but all of the workout equipment is in disrepair, so would be nice to see that improved. Overall this is really an amazing place and I will definitely be back. If you like boutique, this is the spot.

We loved the peace and quiet this hotel offered. The staff was most helpful and take great pride in keeping the place clean. The chairs around the pool could use an upgrade or at least cushions as they weren't very comfortable. The pool itself was a great temperature and never crowded.

Small, beautiful, beachside hotel.
Very peaceful location but with ready access to the beach, parks etc. Spa offers some great services which include a Mexican style Sauna or sweat lodge.

Pasé unos días muy agradables en este pequeño hotel cuya arquitectura logra una fusión agradable de lo prehispánico y lo colonial. Una alberca semi olímpica muy agradable para refrescarse antes o después del mar.

All around great hotel
I stayed at Xquenda over the weekend and found it an absolutely wonderful experience. Everything in this town seemed to be within walking distance.The hotel is located yards away from the beach and its numerous club houses. When the sun goes down, there is also a lively bar and a dance club nearby. I like walking down open avenues and Huatulco certainly delivered as the center (Crucecita) was only 20-25 min from the hotel along a nicely shaded and verdant median in the road. However, the staff at Xquenda were always ready to have a taxi at hand (1-2 min away) if that's what you desired. The room's view overlooks a courtyard with the beach just beyond that. The room itself was very comfortable and roomy. The theme seemed to be stone and dark wood in and outside of the room, which only added to the relaxed feel. I couldn't be happier with my stay. Thank you, Xquenda.

El hotel Xquenda es muy bonito, el personal muy amable, instalaciones recientes, buen mantenimiento, cómodo, la alberca está excelente, el único gran inconveniente esque NO HAY INTERNET en las habitaciones solo cerca de la recepción pero es muy incómodo estar ahí porque hace mucho calor. Muy recomendable.

Un hermoso hotel privado, para descanso en pareja.
Pasamos un excelente tiempo cerca de la playa en una cómoda y bella habitación. La ubicación es muy buena y los servicios de spa le dan un plus de primera. Altamente recomendable

My partner and I unfortunately got very sick from drinking water in Zipolite. We arrived in huatulco in scorching hot and humid weather and were so thankful for the tranquil and mellow vibe of the hotel. Barbara and Fidel were excellent hosts, so helpful and showed great empathy towards us. They gave us names of drugs we should ask for at the local farmacia that would get rid of the parasite we caught. We were so sick that we basically stayed at the hotel and hardly stepped outside. The humidity was too much to bare. We were very grateful for the large comfortable king sized bed, the ceiling fan, air conditioning and exquisite bathrooms. To be able to take a hot shower, and sit on a toilet instead of squatting like we were doing the week before was a god send. The spa rooms were beautiful! The pool was immaculate and crystal clear. There is a tennis court and a gym. Both in great shape. Some of the other rooms were vacant and we were able to take a peek inside... Magnificent! With all of the all-inclusive hotel chains and the other hotels competiting and clamoring for your business, Xquenda Huatulco Spa is the place to be!

Las toallas estaban en no muy buen estado , no te dan jabón de cuerpo y shampoo si es que uno no trajera y no cuentan con servicio de restaurante o alimentos por si se ofreciera comprar algo km agua o botana,; el trato del señor encargado fue muy amable y Atento en todo momento muy placentero
