During Your Stay

Check-in: The apartment features an electronic lock; the access code will be provided prior to arrival.

Guest Registration: You must submit the details of all guests before check-in to authorize entry.

Building Registration: At check-in, a mandatory payment of COP $57,500 per person must be made at the building reception for registration and issuance of a wristband valid for the entire stay. This wristband is required to access the building’s common areas. (SOHO does not intervene in this charge.) This fee may vary annually according to the building’s assembly decisions.
