We want you to make the most of Santa Marta’s beautiful beaches without worrying about bringing extra equipment. That’s why we provide our guests with a complete beach kit, including two folding beach chairs, a portable cooler, a beach wagon, a shade canopy, and beach towels. Everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing day by the sea.

The master bedroom features a comfortable Queen-size bed (1.60 x 1.90 m / 63 x 75 in), a private bathroom, a spacious wardrobe, air conditioning, a dedicated workspace, and direct access to the balcony with views toward Pozos Colorados.

🛏️ Second Bedroom
The second bedroom is completely independent and equipped with a double bed (1.40 x 1.90 m / 55 x 75 in), air conditioning, a TV, and ample storage space, providing privacy and comfort for its guests.

🛋️ Living Room / Multi-Purpose Sleeping Area
The social area has been designed to adapt to the needs of every guest. During the day, it offers a comfortable living room with a TV and air conditioning, perfect for relaxing and spending time together. At night, the sofa converts into two single beds and is complemented by a fold-down double bed, comfortably expanding the apartment’s sleeping capacity.

The apartment features two full bathrooms: one private bathroom located inside the master bedroom and a second bathroom in the common area. Both are fully equipped to ensure a comfortable stay.

Located in the Gaira area, just south of El Rodadero, Samaia Loft offers an excellent location for enjoying the beaches of Pozos Colorados, Bello Horizonte, and El Rodadero. Within just a few minutes by car, you can be relaxing by the sea, enjoying the Caribbean weather, beautiful beaches, and everything Santa Marta has to offer.

Highlights

Samaia Loft is located within a recently developed residential community that is still completing some of its common areas. As a result, the swimming pools and certain recreational facilities are not yet available for guest use.

Additionally, access to the condominium is currently provided through a temporary road in good condition, which is fully accessible to residents and visitors while the final urban development works in the area are being completed.

These conditions are limited exclusively to the exterior common areas of the development and do not affect the comfort, functionality, or services available inside the apartment. The apartment is fully equipped to ensure a pleasant, comfortable, and enjoyable stay.
