'The property is conveniently located to many stores and outlets. Staff are friendly and nice. As a returning customer, filling out paperwork repeatedly (same information the past 6 times I’ve stayed there this year, it is inconvenient to ask the same information over and over. Also, while I don’t have visitors, their requirement that each person visiting register at the lobby makes this location feel unwelcoming.'

'It was very clean, the kitchenette was also very nice. Plenty of space for luggage. Shuttle was also clean and was there early, the driver was also nice and helpful as well. The room I was in, the drain wouldn't really pop back up to drain, but it was still very good after a long day of traveling. Would definitely recommend staying at.'

'This is my second stay here. Check-in and out was very quick and pleasant with no drama or delays. Thank you for that! Things have slowly improved. Bathroom still needs much work: poor paint splatter on the fixtures and paint borders are messy/sloppy, wallpaper is peeling and bubbling, bidet and exhaust fan were both not working, the top of the flat top shower fixture was very dusty (maybe need taller staff to clean) and made me sneeze several times. The liquid shower amenities were not clearly...

'The rooms were nice, you can tell they actively work to improve the place. The staff were awesome. We got stuck here for typhoon Bavi of course there were some issues from it but overall it did very well and we were never uncomfortable despite the conditions outside.'

'I have 2 sides The check- in process was much too long. There were four customers ahead of me, two were already being helped. It took 43 minutes until it was my turn. There were 5 customers behind me. When I made it to the counter, the entire staff seemed defeated. No welcome, no smile, nothing positive. Every time the phone rang, they stopped helping customers to answer the long calls. During the typhoon, housekeeping was just excellent, kind and very positive. They helped dry the room...

'The front desk staff was very helpful and they make your stay worthwhile especially during typhoon Bavi. Thank you Connie from the front desk staff for going beyond to extend our stay and not needing to check in and giving my family a great price. Cafe Cino is also my favorite coffee shop on island. 'I like the property nice and clean but did not expect there was no bottle of water as a complimentary. Maybe it is not . But it’s ok I brought my own bottle of water.'

'Room looks clean but found stuffs under the bed from previous occupants and air conditioning was not cold, we informed front desk about it but they just laughed about it like was a joke. I asked if the was cleaned before we checked in and was told not really'

'台風の被害で自宅の停電が続いたため飛び石で2泊利用しました（中一日は別のホテル泊） エアコンは効きすぎるほど、シャワー等の水圧も良く、お湯モールしっかり出ました Wi-Fiもしっかり繋がり、快適にしごせました 朝食は直近のABCストアを利用 ローカルの家族が多く泊まっていて多少賑やかでしたが、気になって眠れないほどではありませんでした 建物も設備も古いので全てに満足したわけではないのですが、このような非常時に泊まるなら充分なホテルです ツーリストにこのレビューは役に立ちそうもないと思います'

'The room wasn't the cleanest, as evident by the dirt in the bedsheets upon arrival. The room is very dirt and the lights were flickering. The walls started sweating and ruined our appliances.'
